I agree that the subject matter was very disturbing, but the poem was ‘very moving’ too. It was very sad, but also such an insightful look into a child’s soul. I don’t know if she wrote it about herself, but if she did, it breaks my heart and gives me hope at the same time, bc she seems very caring and reasonable (except where HKS is concerned! LOL). Whether it was written about herself or someone else, Cousteau’s Daughter made me cry. I am fortunate in that I have no experiences with ‘sexual child abuse’ at all, but her WORDS are exactly as I imagine it might be for a child in that predicament. The poem is good bc it makes me COMPLETELY angry at the entire theme, but I can also see how the child goes into her mind to eventually completely remove herself from the atrocities being inflicted on her.
I’m sure that is probably more of an answer than you needed, but I didn’t want you to think I just really ‘liked’ poems about child abuse!

Don’t forget Condit EVEN profitted by suing Dominic Dunne...and OJ has profitted or at least tried to many times...and the only reason we got Scott Peterson is ‘divine intervention’! If the bodies of Lacie and Connor hadn’t washed ashore, he might have walked also! I just hope that ‘divine intervention’ comes through for Natalee and Anna & Daniel!
I read somewhere tonight....Scared Monkey or Websleuths...the searchers today had a jackhammer to dig up a patio poured after NH went missing. Is that true? About the patio being put in after she went missing?
There’s a video on ET and check out Larry’s shades. I haven’t played it but from the shades and his face I don’t think he’s going to be settling in Kentucky. I’m sure he’s going to eventually move back to Hollywood.

Found it over at Websleuths....a patio adjacent to the pool that was poured within days of Natalies disappearance. I never knew that, either.
Thx - I can’t play video on this puter, but I did see ET earlier tonight - and will probably see the re-run in a little while, to make sure of the wording of how they said HKS was going to L.A. right away.
So I will check Larry out again, lol. He wears shades a lot of the time. I won’t act cool like I know the brand name or “designer name” just by looking at them, because I don’t!

I did. There were aerial shots of it. At first, we thought it was some kind of septic tank “cover” or something, but the thing we were all gawking at was outside of their back fence.
Then eventually, when TX Equusearch went, wanting to check out an abandoned water well said to be on the property and Paulus wouldn’t let them on, then they got permission from the people next door (the monkey people) to do something like roto-rootering underground to the VDS yard.
They went under the new cement and into an underground tank, but it was inconclusive because they couldn’t get directly into it.

There are subtle differences in each 'article' which is full of half,mis, and unsubstantiated claims and allegations. In either case, it's a rather unconvincing argument meant to entice an uninformed reader to reach misleading conclusions. No mention is made of the Thompsons, Sanders, or the Tabers or even the Arthurs, only the Harts and Hogans, and, strangely enough, Tacker.
While the author claims to not want to "publicly admonish" Virgie, 19 of 20 paragraphs, are exactly that, twisting the family histories of families that Virgie said goodbye to decades ago, as somehow indicative of how Virgie has been since. Tacker, Sr. may have been a felon, but his son, Jr. works for the FBI. Neither Thacker, Jr. or Anna herself, have a history of physically abusing their own children, and we have no record of Virgie being abused by her parents either. Nothing factual is provided to show us any clear pattern of 'long-term cycles' or of generation-to-generation abuse patterns within the Taber family that the author would like to convince us of.
A good example would be the mention of Tackers' arrest (when Anna was a 15) and Hogan's arrest (when Anna was a Playmate). Also the deliberate use of 'retard' when any psychologist would absolutely use the correct medical term of 'severely developmentally disabled'. (I would digress were I to wonder why a defense attorney would even let, a SDD, plead 'guilty.')
One would almost think it's Donna Hogan speaking to us, since it's the Hogans and Harts, (and the unrelated-to-Anna, Tacker)that are used as elusive examples of 'no telling what lap DL would end up in'. The irrational transfer of the foobar'd Hogan/Tacker/Hart behaviors to being relative to Virgie smacks of someone with their own family and 'grandparent' issues. I found it significant the last word in a rather rambling mis-directed tirade, was 'abuse'.

OMG! I just posted that they need a jackhammer! Now I read your post! Yes, there was a new cement area in the backyard area immediately after she disappeared. I just don’t understand, when all our investigators were there, why they didn’t look into that area.
