Hey there - wanted to give you a tip - and tell others who maybe aren’t aware of this, either.
If you run across a URL on another site, like this one for the NassauGuardian website posted on a CTV forum, and it has an ellipsis (the dot-dot-dots ...) within the link, you can’t copy it that way and have a working link.
That means it was too long to post on that forum and it has been abbreviated down to save space.
At the link itself, it works, but you are only seeing part of the true URL. Got that?
So, what you do is this: Put your cursor on the link and right-click. You will get a menu box of things to do.
Go to the bottom of the box where it says “Properties” and regular-click on that.
You will get the true URL address for the link. Are you with me?
When you get that in the box, you then need to use your mouse to highlight it - that is, put the cursor on the left at the “http” and hold it down all the way to the end of the URL and hold it, then let up on the mouse button.
Now the correct URL “should be” highlighted, if you’ve done it correctly. OK?
Now, put the tip of your cursor, which should now be an arrow, somewhere into the highlighted area and right-click again. You’ll get a menu box with “copy” and some other options in it, if you’ve done it right.
Click “copy” and you now have the correct URL to paste into your post here. You could paste it into a notepad doc temporarily to save it (I recommend doing this) if you need to go on to other things before coming back to FR to post it.

Was ANS really mad at HKS?? It doesn’t sound like a happy, about to be married couple to me.
I think this part was interesting:

Nothing KE does or did would surprise me at this point!
It *could have been* done, but I’m afraid all her baby hair has fallen out and been replaced. I’m almost positive of it, as long as it has been. (But not real sure about her metabolism as to things progressing as quickly as they should.)
We also had BonBon saying the baby’s hair has changed to brown. I know, I know, BB is not a font of truth. Heck, Dannielynn’s hair has always looked more brown than blonde to me, but my eyes could be deceiving me, lol. Both parents have/had hair that is more brown than blonde, too.
It did look “lighter” in color, quantity and texture in the earliest pix, which is why I think the baby hair has been replaced - it’s darker and thicker now, to my eyes.
The reason I say that is that the very first thing KE said, in answer to the chloral hydrate question on ET, was that “it is old-fashioned.”
It was as if she, herself a modern and up-to-date, hip-slick-and-cool physician, wouldn’t have prescribed such a drug otherwise, but someone *wanted* this “old-fashioned” drug.
Come to think of it, I wonder what Kapoor has to say about chloral hydrate. I don’t think we know. But he said the methadone was a hold-over course of treatment from Dr Kovner.
Kovner was an old-time “doctor to the stars” in Hollywood - or maybe just his dad was. Gee, I wonder if I could find out if he ever treated MM! That would be fun. After my taxes!
Heh heh - Virgie’s “town” is my “town” and among other things, Don Clark is a TV crime expert here, O’Q is a big dog here - and HKS was reprimanded by a judge here. HKS *shouldn’t* be able to get anything on locally, just on his say-so.
But of course, we do get ET here!
If they managed to find JHMII’s ashes, then I think they can find Anna’s will or wills!
Some of the funeral home people were there on the premises, too - I think they are the ones who first talked about the strange behavior that transpired.
I have notes from an article on it, but will have to “get back to you” when I find them.
That story was also a reminder about ANS going to SF in December for Marshall arbitration.
That’s when the Shane Gibson phone calls happened. I hadn’t even thought about Dannielynn *not* being with them on the trip, until just now.
I hope to heck Gerlene hadn’t asked Shane to make all those calls because something was wrong with Dannielynn - and ANS wasn’t calling him back!
I had the link to a msnbc article about the name of hte owner, i believe a florida resident, american-sounding name. but msnbc has withdrawn the article to their archives. maybe someone else here caught it?

my understanding is, the boat broker, is an entirely different person, than the owner of Reel Deals, and also is entirely different person than the owner of the 'electronics' company that had already outfitted the boat.....
tony potts: Real quick, back to the timeline. I went to the marina where Howard was the day that he arrived for that boat. He was there slightly before 1:00 o`clock. Todd Smith (ph), who is the guy who was going to check out the boat with him, arrived about three minutes afterwards, and they talked for about five to ten minutes, which at that time, Todd Smith tells me that Howard received a phone call, which if you push it -- just pad it, say 1:15 -- at that time, Howard -- I said, What happened? Howard got in that town car.

Reel Deal's owner and President, Marcos Morjain, confirmed that the actual yacht purchase (pictured below) was finalized two weeks ago with Stern, Smith, and their Captain, during their last trip to Miami. Smith was enthusiastic about the yacht purchase and having it moved to their new home in the Bahamas. The Captain and Stern took possession of the yacht yesterday (Thursday February 8, 2007).

Since John O'Quinn has a "larger than life" reputation in Texas, how do you think he will respond to L. Lin Wood's lawsuit against him? I have wondered if he wanted this to happen so he would have an opportunity to cross examine HKS. Wood seems to operate on the premise that the other party will settle out of court, but I don't think that will happen. If nothing else, I would expect O'Quinn to counter sue for all the cruel things HKS, Rale, Barth, and BonBon have said about Virgie - plus that hate-filled video that many, including me, believe HKS orchestrated.

I’ve never seen anything that named who the original owner of the boat was. Everyone involved has always “declined to answer” when asked, in the articles I’ve seen. (Doesn’t mean *someone* hasn’t answered the question, somewhere.)
I still think the whole “King Eric as the boat’s owner, both before and after the sale,” thing was the result of a mediot’s (media idiot’s) mix-up in the initial reports.
Truly, I think it threw someone off when it was reported that King Eric was going to take the boat back to Nassau. And I never did understand the whole bit about the trip being planned to be without ANS and HKS. That didn’t make sense at all.
Why wouldn’t they sail back home on their own new boat they were so excited about? Oh, yeah, ANS died. But they didn’t know that when they planned the return trip! And the reports all along were that HKS *did* sail back with KEG on Friday and arrived Saturday, despite what ET showed and said.
As to whether King Eric has “possession” of The Cracker *now,* I’m sure he does. He owns a boatyard where he makes the sails for all the sailboats in the Islands. They couldn’t very well leave it moored at the Coral Harbour house, which is vacant.
I have to pass on whether King Eric “owns” The Cracker or not. Who knows, at this point? Could be he got a mechanic’s lien on the house and there are some docs somewhere transferring title to him, to satisfy the lien.
I said from the get-go that O’Q was baiting Howie to get him in court, and to me, that’s what this whole Leroy thing is about.
Leroy doesn’t know what he’s in for, as he seems to be buying that HKS is selling - e.g., the “stolen” diaries.
Can you believe they actually halted the re-sale of them on HKS’s word? He had absolutely (even absoANNAlutely) nothing whatsoever to do with those particular diaries!

That’s one of those things mentioned in postings today that I’m working on. I never believed Rale’s contention that HKS played college football, either.
I looked for a little while and didn’t get anywhere, tho. My own school has our football rosters from all the way back to the 1890s online, so I *assumed* Cal did, too - but I haven’t been able to find them yet.
I do know that 1987-88-89, which would’ve been the years beyond his freshman year, when he “might’ve” played, the team wasn’t too hot. They went 3-6-2, then 5-5-1, then 4-7, I believe, in those years.
LOL, maybe he did have a “chance” to sit on the bench then!
i believe she was... she left a bar in myrtle beach with stern in tow and g. ben thompson, after arguing with larry birkhead. it was a very loud scene if you believe some accounts.

The alleged boyfriend was apparently Larry Birkhead, who was wearing a T-shirt that declared: “I love my girlfriend.” Smith, in October, told The Louisville Courier Journal “Larry keeps me occupied so I don't have to worry about being lonely anymore.”
The postings about Smith’s shenanigans were all removed from her Web site and the forum was closed, but a few photo highlights of the weekend still exist on the Web.
“The reason we took down the postings was that we don’t want Anna defamed on her own Web site,” Stern told The Scoop. He says that she did enter the wet T-shirt contest, but did not expose herself — she was wearing pasties. He also denies that Smith took or asked for any pills or that she has a boyfriend. “The only thing that was true is that I went there to save her because she didn’t feel safe," he said. "She met some good people in South Carolina and some bad people and I question their motives. I’m glad we got her out of there on time.”

As for Larry Birkhead, Payne claims in the declaration that he and Anna Nicole had a "love hate relationship" and she would refer to Mr. Birkhead as, "the a**hole" in our discussions about this fact." In the e-mail, Smith is on a rant against a person who appears to be the Kentucky-bred Birkhead: "I just want to be happy and that lil f..k wont leave me alone and treats me like s..t in front of his friends it has always been them over me, when hes in Kentucky...."
