Sloppy writing - I should have said “ supported Larry’s DNA/paternity battle” on the basis that she began the custody effort to get DL away from HK$ which was instrumental in getting Larry his day in court.

I don’t want to dog out Opri but it appears that many opportunities may have been missed in the Bahamas. Still remember Baird and his team had gone to the Bahamas to do a DNA test but because they didn’t have a work permit it couldn’t be done. I think this was in January. As for Larry and sole custody..how can I put this delicately...? Maybe he was pretty sure that Howie’s and Anna’s drugs had killed one of her children. Maybe he didn’t want this child to be sacrificed for a high and some money for pics. I missed the part with the email...what did they say???

I agree with your assessment of Virgie. In my opinion, she has never been about the money or potential money. There is only one person we know of who is all about the money - HKS. Larry B now is going to get some big money, too, it seems, from CBS (or was it NBC). MOre power to him. He needs money to support that baby.

And it is still HKS blaming Virgie for all the problems ongoing. Wasn't it Howie who first said it would be a 30 day transition period???? Not Virgie. Then it was supposedly reduced to two weeks.

Until we get more of the story and Virgie is allowed to TELL her side (remember she has been under a gag rule) - and see what transpires - I simply can't come down hard on Virgie. She is the one person who has lost two family members in all this.

I understand and respect those who now see Virgie as pushing for the delay in Larry getting his baby home - for whatever motive. And that may be true. But I just know it was HOWIE not VIRGIE who talked about the 30 day transition time, I thought.

And I just see Virgie as remaining the TARGET of HKS primarily because she blamed HIM (Not Anna as I believe HKS told Anna) for Daniel's death. Notice the first lawsuit by HKS is to Virgie's attorney. Again: Target Virgie (and her attorney who spoke for her).

Of course, all this is just opinion - until we learn more facts.

I want to know how many times HKS and Larry have gone to visit Anna and Daniel. Also it’s been Virgie who has appeared in ALL of the proceedings. I think the woman still believes that Stern killed Anna and Daniel and if she’s harassing Larry maybe it’s because she knows you can’t underestimate Stern and believes that he’s working his voodoo on Larry.

Howie either lied to Leroy and is pretending they were stolen from Horizons (in 2004, no less, lol) or Leroy just said to Howie - “hold muh beer and watch this!”
