So FrontRowJoe is out, while Regan Smith can race in Joe's old ride, courtesy of Mark Martin.
Suddenly I am not a fan so much of Mark Martin because he took the Army car and team.

Happy to hear your friend made it through that surgery.
I'm not quite sure how they do this, from what I've read it depends on where the lesion is.

Now back to the business at hand. Mikey had a real attitude lately because he didn't want to hang around after the DNQs. He gets to go home today... >:o)))

As best I remember, the pancreas was 'nicked' during the cyst removal. Messed her up but good, and she had it done at Sloan Kettering!

Bristol is one of my favorite tracks. I never been there, but hardly never miss a race on tv.

Not a good showing for DEI today considering they were practicing as late as this past Tuesday at So Boston raceway.

It is true no matter how much you reserach a Dr they can still screw up.
I had one almost kill me in 1988 and I was in the medical field and did my homework, he came very highly recommended.

MY wife's surgery in Feb went very well and then she hemorrhaged and had to 4 units of blood just to stabilize her. She was in the hospital 6 days and came home barely able to walk. Her blood count is back to near normal and she is walking the streets of Eureka again.
No, not that kind of street walker...

Oh wow, I didn't realize she had surgery..... that is so dangerous. Glad to hear she's better.
My surgery was similar, they left a vessel untied and I almost bled to death before the dumb nurses would listen to me. I kept telling them I didn't feel well, and they kept giving me this crap about oh "sweetie" it will be ok, it's just the anesthesia. I kept saying noooooooooo it's NOT I've had anesthesia before......when they couldn't find my blood pressure they finally did something! And fast.....It was a fast run back down to the OR.
Good thing the lead surgeon was far far away and the asst Doc came over from across the street and fixed me up a second time. And then I had to worry about blood transfusions. I've had dizzy spells ever since then and no doctor can tell me why.
Sorry probably TMI. I still get angry over that.

I thought the same, that was a pretty paint job and he wasn't watching where he was going. Looked like the Army rig.

I wish all the best for her. Glad it's benign, because pancreatic cancer is still one of the most deadly forms of the disease. Even with a benign growth, she may be more susceptible to pancreatitis and related conditions, so she'll probably need close medical management for awhile. But she should be OK in the long run. I wish Junior could get control of DEI, but since it doesn't seem possible, I'm glad his sister will be able to continue the negotiations when she recovers.
