Why does this pic remind me so much of Darks?

Hi everyone, I'm sorry I've been offline, but I got hit with a pretty bad Virus and am just now starting to feel anywheres close to being back to normal. Still coughing, still pretty weak, but am making improvement every day.
Glad to see that you're all still having fun and being bad.. ;)

Sorry you've been feeling poorly. Can't imagine why a virus would be hanging around you. Maybe it's cuz you were feeding it too well. Glad you're back up and around.

Al and I just got a couple Corned Beefs in the pot. With any luck a good New England Boiled dinner will whet my appetite.
It's my daughter Dyan's birfday today and she's making one for her boyfriend, so she gave me the idea too. I'll make Al peel all the veggies. ;)
I had to have a bloodtest taken last week..and the girl waiting on me, adorable tho she was, was also sick as a dog. I guess that's where I and everyone else there that day probably got the Virus.
Why do people work when they are that sick? So many sick and old people there, and we got taken care of by Typhoid Mary. You can't win.
Like they always say...if you don't want to get sick, don't go to the Dr's or the hospital.
I'm on the mend finally, but it hasn't been any fun. All those winter shots for nothing..lol. At least Al didn't get it, and he's been very caring of me.

I think a lot of people don't really have the option to take off work when they're sick or they get problems from their bosses. It's not right, but it is reality.

Great to see you, Gran! I've been thinking about you lately,
wondering where you've been. I'm glad to know you're on the mend and I wish you a speedy recovery. You're missed, so please get well soon!

Get Better Gran.
We got my dad reasonably buried in the ground, now we are moving on to visiting all the relatives in these parts. I too am infrequently online.
Cheers.

grannie - glad to hear you are doing better - I know an awful bug has been going around here in my part for the last couple of months. My best for continued recovery!

Hello to everyone!! been a while since I posted...have been heavy into homeschooling, and barely have enough time to read up on news events, much less comment on them.
