Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur is in hot water over alleged unpaid legal bills. She's been summoned to the Bahamas once more because her former attorney Jamal Davis claims she hasn't coughed up the money she owes him.
Davis, who says he helped Arthur obtain an order to keep Dannielynn in the Bahamas while paternity is being determined, told Entertainment Tonight, "We represented her to the best of our abilities. We managed to avoid the child being removed from the Bahamas up until the point of time that we stopped representing her and we haven't received payment for our time and devotion spent on this matter."

Did you note it was in a British newspaper? I haven't seen anything about it in the U.S. news. I'm not terribly impressed with the amount of arsenic, etc. allowed in our foods and water as "safe levels". I'm even less impressed with the news media for disregarding it as non-news. Just tell me about it; I'll decide for myself if I want to ingest it or not, but it's their duty to at least tell us. Geez!
I can't tell but junkies have been known to shoot-up in other areas (like between toes) to avoid track marks on an arm.

The most rational, thinking, mature decision for HK$ would be to take the baby to a Childrens' Hospital Facility for a thorough medical examination/check-up and a few days in a "nursery" environment, surrounded by pediatric nurses, 'real' physicians and dietary specialists.
He is such a paranoid sociopath. What does he have to lose? The baby is eventually going to be given to LB or Virgie. He is making the case for his strange and stranger abduction/kidnapping more severe.
It is incredible the misinformation being spread on TV from Nancy Grace, MSNBC, Fox News, etc.
*ANS's daughter is NOT Bahamian. My husband and I are familiar with more than a dozen countries, albeit not Bahama, and in all of them children born there taken the nationality of their parents.
*ANS's daughter is NOT heiress to the entire Marshall fortune in spite of Nancy Grace announcing it breathlessly every time. She is not the only one to leave this impression. Several lawyers (Felder?), have actually stated that most likely she will get nothing and ANS was stupid to have turned down a settlement offered to her and thus ended up with zero during her lifetime.

They sure do hate Virgie don't they? Still didn't she get some applause during the latest paternity test? Of course Larry got the loudest. Maybe the Bahamians were insulted that Virgie would not want Anna buried there but maybe they are warming up to her. I hope so. I'm still leery about O'Quinn's intentions regarding paternity but I do think Virgie is a good person and should be allowed access to her granddaughter.
