You talking about the Duke Lacrosse case? Whew - don't get me started on that.....It's in my "neighborhood" - Triangle area of NC (Raleigh,Durham,Chapel Hill). Nifong belongs in jail along with the fake accuser. Latest word is ALL the remaining charges are about to be dropped. There is no case there and never has been. Nifong promoted it to get elected. It worked. When the charges are dropped, I hope those boys will sue Nifong and the "accuser" and possibly Duke University for everything they can get. Nifong comes before the NC Bar soon and hopefully will be disbarred. But he'll keep his nice government pension given him by the kind taxpayers of Durham....so he will be just find unless the boys can sue him out of everything he owns.
Yes - after I posted my question - the NE sunk in as National Enquirer......but it's dated March 26? So this is "hopeful" reporting?
