Maybe Martino has been "keeping his powder dry" until the right time. Is he on the witness list?

It didn't sound like a blackmail thing. But i'm only judging from the tone of the PI's voice because he wasn't specific about why Daniel and Martino were afraid of Stern. He just said that the reason he didn't mention Martino's name til the other day was because Martino was afraid of HKS.
The impression i got was that they were afraid for their lives. Just an impression.
CTV talking about Larry - expected to testify that Daniel experimented with drugs somehow. Taked about a video that Larry saw where Daniel moved a bottle of methadone? Said still very cryptic at this point - not sure what to make of it.
i just heard that too. I just can't see Larry turning on Daniel tho, can you? He must be proffering that, cuz he can then bring in who gave the drugs to Daniel (we know who that is) and talk about HKS's own drug usage.
Martino is on the witness list.

I thought the PI interview was yesterday on Greta but don't see it on her website. Who interviewed him yesterday? Wracking brain!!!
OH yeah! Oh man, i hope The Killer added a voice over on this one like he did on the clown video.

I've heard reports that Larry Birkhead will testify that Daniel had a drug problem. Not sure how true that is.

I'll bet whatever information he's holding on to won't be disclosed until the inquest gets started. I'm hoping he's got information, on the record, that will be useful and just doesn't want to show his cards, yet.

On the other hand, I just saw Ashley Banfield interview Sanchez. Ashley ripped her apart! I loved it! Sanchez, referring to the clown video, said that Anna was just playing with a "4 year" old!
Usually don't care for Banfield but she was letting Sanchez have it. That's good TV.
Something I heard her say when reponding to queastion about flushing pills down toilet was that the Hosp. thoroughly searched all of Daniels clothing and things before they were allowed to TAKE THEM HOME.
They probably looked through it all and let Anna and Howard take it all home that day - wonder why they did that - shouldn't they have kept all that stuff in case it turned out to be a crime?

Sure...then why did HKS ask her if she was on a mushroom trip? Sanchez lies through her teeth and not very well.

Are you sure they were referring to Daniel and not Daniel Wayne Smith, or both?
