EXTRA PRAYERS ARE ALWAYS NEEDED FOR THOSE AT WALTER REED, BETHESDA, BAMC AND THE NEW INTREPID PHYSICAL REHABILITATION CENTER WHICH IS PART OF BAMC.

Moving him to the outside of row 21 is overly severe IMO. That is the flipside of my same point!
Either the 24 was guilty of an infraction or it wasn't. You don't say it was the winner and then punish it. It either won fairly (within the rules) or it lost.
There is no middle ground here.

I like the car position banner across the top of the screen on espn better than fox... you can actually see the car numbers here.
