Well I am doing chores and taking breaks from them every once in a while. Now it is time for me to start getting dinner ready.
It's a heart clogging dinner tonight. Fried Crappie Fish (caught and frozen during fall) and Deep Fried Shoestring American Fries that I hand cut myself out of huge Idaho Potatoes. I'll probably throw together a salad to go with it.
I'll be back later...

*** The additional thing we have is the death of her son. We have a witness saying ANS screamed out "you did this" - and who else could she be screaming at but Howard K Stern??? We have an inquest into that son's death. The friend of ANS said Daniels body had 20 times the amount of methadone in his body than was necessary to kill Daniel....(she said this last night). The EVIDENCE of foul play is so strong it stinks to high heaven! ***
Excellent points concerning big questions about HKS. I missed Anna's friend's comments about the amount of methadone in Daniel's body. If true, that's HUGE~!
I certainly hope the Judge and the GAL he appointed will consider Dannielynn's safety and remove her from HKS's custody. With both the eviction hearing coming up and also the hearing on Daniel's death, Stearn may have become desperate and feared the illusion he'd created in the Bahamas might come tumbling down around him. Therefore, he may have harmed Anna before she was forced to testify at either hearing.
Supposedly both Larry and Anna's Mom have witnesses who are going to testify on Tuesday concerning HKS. I hope they both have good lawyers that are able to remove that precious baby from HKS.

How has HKS been able to skid by with this aura of "protection" around him? If he had "photographer" attached to his name instead of "attorney" he would be in jail already.

Can you believe Britney Spears is now bald???? I found that out while (confession time) watching the E channel's report of the top 20 women (financial basis) in entertainment. They actually did a "breaking news" interruption about BS hair! I kid you not.

Unlike ANS all the women they listed are talented and have accomplished quite a lot. That doesn't make me a "fan" of any of them.....and I was never a "fan" of ANS either. I am in this because of the crimes that have apparently been committed and a little innocent baby whose life is at stake.

Well, I still haven't found where any new lawsuits have been filed by Howard or anybody else, on Anna's behalf, nor any notice of new appellate issues filed by Kent Richland, her lead appellate attorney, after the Supremes threw it back to the 9th Circuit.
That decision/opinion was May 1, 2006. Pierce Marshall died June 20, 2006. Anna moved to The Bahamas just about that time, after staying in Myrtle Beach for a while. When Stern joined her there in The Bahamas, I don't know.
Pierce's widow, Elaine, is continuing the battle in Marshall v. Marshall - but I haven't found a current docket on it and don't have Lexis-Nexis to look it up.
If anyone finds evidence that Anna was pursuing more claims against the Marshall estate, let me know. I just found nine more attorneys she had before 1999, but I don't have all their names.
I will be very surprised if there is anything to her "estate" unless and until we find out about any insurance policies. She has had a bunch of civil claims go against her since her last bankruptcy discharge and I don't see any evidence of them being paid out.
If the media would stop putting a price on Dannielynn's head (especially that bogus "half-a-billion-dollar baby" one or "the little multimillionairess"), it would be nice.

Does he show up with another infant?

Does he not show up because:
He's dead?
He's in rehab?
He's pregnant?
He has a court date in the Bahamas?
He's in jail in Freeport?
He has amnesia
That makes it more interesting;)
Oh and he doesn't show up because he's breastfeeding Dr. Pooper (whatever)

I don't think he will show. If he has to he will drop the claim for the body to avoid showing up, but I think I heard there was an emergency filing to claim the body and bury her in the Bahamas becuase he is the executor in her will.
