HKS is a lawyer....I am sure he secured all these emails for future use.....
This Judge is going to give Howard the body...for sure.
Judge is asking about stress from paternity filing. Why wouldn't LB be concerned for the baby since Daniel died under the odd circumstances?
Just a question. Have the Bahamas been struck with the same challenges in their courts of having 'commitment ceremonies' hold legal weight as a marriage, the way some of our states have?
That commitment ceremony and all of the possible interested parties in that issue, REALLY bother me.

I'm not sure that's true and in any event thus far the Bahamas has treated Stern as though he has legal rights over the child. Otherwise they'd have put her in foster care.

That's a good question and something LB should have mentioned to the judge.

I think so, too. And he'll say "good-bye" to everyone and will send them on their way to fight out the paternity issue on their own.
Would also make it possible for him to write an email or two.
LB says he doesn't remember an email he sent that tells Anna she's going to hell.
