There are times I think the judge is giving the Stern party enough rope to hang themselves. That would mean I think he is a sane judge.
In any case, it is hard to explain two deaths so close together with a sleazy HKS the common factor.
HKS's frenzied efforts to avoid a DNA test alone raises red flags. DNA tests have become common in such cases. Even Boris Becker, who accused the KGB of stealing his sperm, didn't put up such a fuss.
