That too:)
Yestday Mack was home all day, and actually told me to go ride awhile:, “you’ll feel better”. I just need some sunshine.

I’ll spend money on horses but not on therapy. Paying for someone to ask me, “how does that make you feel” would really depress me:’)
True. After all, it’s just money, huh? :’)
What he really meant was..."Get out of here, you're getting on my nerves!" ;o)
Well it’s good to laugh. Now, I have to shower and get out of here. I have my first medication aide class testing with the state today.
You’re right Cindy, I’d never pay anyone to listen to me moan about my “problems” heck I have the internet to do that on:)
Becky
And it’s free!!!!!!!!!!!
Heh, that’s what I told my husband this morning when I was telling him about the possible $1,000 repair bill on my jeep. It’s been in the shop since last Friday. The cruise control doesn’t work and I’m getting speeding tickets left and right, the “check engine” light comes on all the time, and it’s been running really ragged. They replaced the EGR valve, thateverthehellthatis, a servo on the cruise control, the oxygen sensor, and the computer and it still wasn’t fixed. We had just replaced the computer ourselves in Feb, but I bought it at O’Reilleys so their warranty covered that, but now they’re down to tracing down wires. They’ve found two that were shorting out on the block, so that took care of the EGR and the oxygen sensor, but they were still troubleshooting the cruise....at $45 an hour. Heaven help me! If it ain’t horses, it’s vehicles.
Time for that new truck!
LOL!!! You got that right!
I’m glad to see you’re finally getting around to catching up on the thread.
Catching up? No. Keeping up is more like it. Doesn't pay around here to be outo f the office.
Yeah, the work just piles up ‘til you get back and then they all want it done yesterday.
You got that right. Yesterday was hectic to. Had to take Hubby to ER Monday night. His difribulator went off. Said it felt like being kicked by a mule in the chest. Found out he went into V Fib and his heart rate jumpted to 250 beats per minute! He came home last night, Dr said he is fine and the ICD did what it was supposed to do.
Wow, that’s scary, for him and you too. Were you there with him when it went off or was he at work?
I was on my way home, a mile from the house and he called me on the cell and asked where I was. I said a mile away why? He told me his difribulator went off and I asked if he called the Dr and he said no he called me. And what was I suppposed to do? Anyway, he called the Dr and they said to go to the ER so they can monitor him and check the ICD the next day since it was after hours and it had never gone off before. Doc said if it goes off again to just come in the next day to have it read unless it continually goes off then go to ER.
LOL!! Just like a man!
...Doc said if it goes off again to just come in the next day to have it read unless it continually goes off then go to ER.
Just like a doctor! Don't call me, just go to the ER and let them deal with it.
Actually it was the on call cardiologist in the group he uses and he came to the ER to see him. This group of doctors have been great.
Well that’s good to hear. Cardiologists as a whole seem to be better about taking you seriously than most other doctors, I guess because if you’re to the point of needing to see one of them then it’s pretty dang serious anyways.
Re riding: can you explain the following terms (in bold) to me.
We rode the dragoon-seat, no posting.
Thank you in advance.
