Thanks for the help. I've already read the tutorials...didn't help. Probably has to do with me being on a Mac.

Well, time for me to go get the trailer hooked up.
See you all later.
Becky
Please sir, may I have some more? :~)
It's beautiful when the sun comes out, I like this kind of winter a lot better than the one we've had so far. :~) It's going to stay cold for several days too, so the snow will be around awhile.
Leaving for your appointment soon?
Ah - there you go.... Good luck, hope you learn something you can use, take good notes!
What I went out there to capture was how pretty the trees across the street are when the sun comes out :~)
Sure wish you'd keep that stuff up there :) Cyn really is a smart horse.
That picture is suitable for framing :)
Cyn looks so funny peeking over that board like that. Like "Is it safe to come out now?"
What gorgeous pictures. You definitely have some suitable for framing.
Thanks, but you still can't have my horse. ;~)
Interesting that she is now comfortable in the barn to the point of staying in there alone. Whatever freaked her out is no longer an issue, I guess.
Thanks all, you know I love to take pictures :~)
Hey duchess, I've got a question fer ya. Today, I was letting Winnie out in the pasture and Bud seemed a bit too interested in her, he usually ignores her. he came running up and I thought uh oh, what's he gonna do, I let Winnie go and made a run for it. Bud ran up to her with a large erection and mounted her! Stayed up there and tried very hard to do the deed! I was flabbergasted, in the over 10 years I've owned him, he's never shown an interest in a mare in heat. I stayed out there and watched them, he did it several times. Why on earth would he suddenly get so, uh, amorous? He is a gelding, he's 18 years old. I know you have a breeding facility so I thought you might have seen this before.
LOL! Sounds like an interesting afternoon! She must've smelled particularly alluring today.
Pervert! ;o)
Now who's the bigger pervert? :~)
LOL!! I knew we'd get to see those pics again! Good Ol' Bay, still teasing the ladies after all these years.
"Pervert!"
I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I had to stare. Hope none of my neighbors saw me...
You're falling down on the job by not getting pictures!
Gawd, look what you all have descended too:)
Back from the vet. Good and bad. Good thing is it's not all that bad. He needs to be off for a week to 10 days, and have DMSO rubbed into his left shoulder, which is where the problem is.
The bad thing is, this is more then likely caused from a bad shoe job....The angles on his front feet are different from each other, causing him to be unbalanced which would cause soreness somewhere, in this case his shoulder. The shoe on his left foot was sprung, which could be what made him sore, but she thinks he was sore because of the unbalanced shoeing, and that is why he caught that foot with his hind and sprung it. His foot is not sore.
He did react more for the vet, I think she was pressing more, when she was mashing on that shoulder, and he just stood quietly when the other was mashed, so he is definitely sore.
But now I get to deal with the farrier, I had her write instructions out to give him when he comes, but I'm not sure I even want to give him the chance. I've been having doubts about his shoeing lately anyway, as many shoes as Harley seems to loose. I have a name and a good recommendation for another farrier, but the vet said give mine one more chance since he does know the horse...

LOL...sounds like me the day Rocky was mounting the round bale. I was so glad he couldn't be seen from the road.
