Morning. Cloudy and breezy here which is good since our AC unit died. I'm supposed to ride at three today. I may have to cancel though.

Heck, if it'll rain I'll cowboy up and ride in the rain! So long as it's not lightning. I draw the line there!

It's a good one... It's about Russian Jews before the Russian Revolution... and it's about trying to hang on to old traditions and old ways in the face of changing times.

Not sure what put it in her mind to watch. I've loved it a long time, it has fabulous music and terrific characters.

I may have to do some more online orientation this afternoon for a job I took. I'm hoping I can work both in. I might not have a problem though. I needed a 95 average this week and I didn't do so well on a test yesterday. I'll just have to see if they curve or throw out some questions.

Well, you're more of a cowboy then I am. I hate riding in the rain worse then mud:)...One year it seemed like I did every competition in the pouring rain, and I got my fill of it.

Well, I rescheduled the lesson until tomorrow. Works out better for both us us. I hate being tied down here though.

Well good. Now you won't have to worry about being rushed. I hope the test score thing works out ok for you too.

Is it just me, or have you noticed the appalling spelling, punctuation, grammar, etc, from some of the kids on the horse forum. Some of them are saying they are 15-16 years old, but IMO, their writing skills are about that of 10 year olds...could it just be typing errors...geez...it really worries me. That kid that said her young horse was bucking her off at the canter that you suggested a trainer too...look at her posts. So sad. The parents need to invest in tutors rather then trainers. Becky

I've noticed it... and at times I've been called a meany for asking them to slow down and proof-read what they write so we can understand them.

I logged off from over there, I need to get this house cleaned and some projects done, I don't have time to train that horse today :~)

OK:), I won't bother you any more:)

JP and I found a turtle...We've been watching it...and just about the time it's starting to come out of it's shell, JP loses patience and picks it up to see if it's "door" is opening:)

I need to go distract him with something else so maybe he can see it come out:)

She's just fine :~) Saw her prancing around on her happy feet a few minutes ago, trying to see if she could piss off the other horses so they'd play with her.

She just has an ugly cuticle problem :~)

That's good:') I'm trying to mow the back yard. It's hot (not that I'm complaining) I ran over a piece of rope. I got it off but I guess it's flooded or something. I'm giving it and me a rest. I'm pulled out.
