My chess-champ grnadson has had tubes in his ears as well as surgery, and he still has to have ear plugs when he showers. Ear infections are nothing to mess with.
Kids recover really fast. And that's a good thing, too. The greatest athletes in the world are under 15.

It's probably one of THE most contagious infections in the entire universe. I've never seen anything get around as fast as that, so it has to be airborne. And you can carry it without displaying any of the symptoms.

Try telling the pharma-giants that. You can't patent natural remedies, and that's where they get the money...the patents.
Here, when a medication is advertised on TV, they have to tell you the side-effects. After watching a couple of those commercials, I can't understand why anyone in their right minds would take them. The cure is far worse than the disease.
I'll stick with natural remedies, thanks!

I stay away from doctors. As much as possible, anyway. They don't know my body nearly as well as I do, so how can they tell me what meds to take? ;o]

That's about what I take, except for the occasional herbal remedy when needed. God put those on earth for the benefit of mankind. And tobacco...that was meant to kill worms in cattle...in other words, it's a poison. It will kill worms in dogs, as well, but a cat won't touch it, recognizing it as a poison.
