Just an expression.
Tastes like chicken, by the way.

Turtle soup. Now with 20% more reptile.
Is it just me or have things been a tad slow around here lately?

March 23rd, earliest possible date.
It’s nice, because this means our batch of birthdays (Mar. 23, Mar. 30, Apr. 2, Apr. 6) will fall after Easter for once!

It was so cold this AM here that when I spit, it hit the ground as a lump of ice.
Did I mention, I REALLY HATE being cold?

We've done the turbo-undead thing before. Thousand posts a day type stuff.
I guess we're just all kinda busy what with families, political silly season, and jobs on the line.

Just like the lizards in my back yard....they don't hardly move until they warm up in the sun.

I’m like a lizard on a rock in the summer. It has to be at least 100 outside for me ro leave my sweater/jacket inside.
There is no way I want to be in an area where there is REAL winter!

I have to go to the post orifice and Wally World, but I keep waiting for it to warm up. It’s still only 34. *shiver*

No snow yet. It warmed up into the 40s on Monday, so it melted all of the snow that we had. We were supposed to get a blizzard, but the artic front just dropped the temps to below 0 yesterday with no snow. They still let schools out early, cancelled a lot of school functions and other activities around the area in the evening. I can remember when I was a kid - we may get a snow day or two every few years when the buses couldn’t get through the back roads because of snow. But now they seem to cancel school whenever it gets really cold, even if there is no snow.
