Life is too short to dance with ugly men.I will second that.

Well, I found this ...
15 ka (Fifteen Thousand Years Ago) -- The last Ice Age ends. Sea levels across the globe rise, flooding many coastal areas, and separating former mainland areas into islands. Japan separates from Asia mainland. Siberia separates from Alaska. Tasmania separates from Australia. Java island forms. Sarawak, Malaysia and Indonesia separate. The cave paintings of Lascaux and Altamira were produced. Sedentary hunter-gather societies develop in the Natufian culture of the Near East - an essential precursor to later agricultural societies.

Maybe you could write the technical framework and let Bob spice it up.

Oh yeah, I can see that.
She'd be reciting numbers and I'd be like Gomez Addams when Morticia speaks French.

My writing tends to be more factual and dry. That's why I leave action and adventure to the experts. You could always do something exciting like this tidbit I wrote last night.
26 05 19 CONDUCTORS

d. Where allowed by the authority having jurisdiction, the use of metal clad cable is permitted.
To: Professional Engineer
You only use XHHW-2 insulation???
I never go less than XJJY-4 insulation...

I was registering a little dubiousness about the THHN/THWN wires.
When we were wiring up the Castle, through the support arms, the Thrust Ring, the secondary support arms, and into the other Habitats, we exclusively used Silver-clad copper wires for anything smaller than busbars.
We had to make it ourselves, but what else were we going to with the extra silver anyway? Make bullets?

Well, don't we need silver bullets to keep the zombies under control?

"... don't we need silver bullets to keep the zombies under control?" Displaying something shiny only works as a distraction for a short time.

Actually, shooting a zombie with a silver bullet just makes them shiny and mass a bit more. Best to either completely crush the brainpan or just lop off the head.
I don't recall us packing any Lycanthropes for this trip, but you never know what may have snuck onboard. Oughta be easy enough to spot if we get anywhere near Jupiter. It'll be the person shifting shape every half hour as yet another one of the Jovian moons goes drifting by...

Well, you see, the advantage of being a shape-shifter is you don't have to be all that attractive to begin with, and I certainly qualify there.
Now, the question is, if you are good at shape-shifting between the shape of a man or a woman, and you have a really sexy dream, what shape do you wake up in?
It's amazing the technical areas a science fiction writer delves into.

Philosophically speaking, you should not allow your dreams to be a source of frustration.
