I was so grumpy when I tuned in last night that I screamed at Jeff Burton to "Shut up and Drive" and threw my bottle Beer Geritol at the TV!!!

Olive branch accepted, although it's still cold.
Had to go fix daughter's heater and wife went shopping, just got home.

Watching the two man Bodine-mobiles on Speed. The announcer keeps talking about the speeds and it seems the quickest, time wise, are not the fastest. Guess DW was right, "sometimes you have to slow down to go faster". :)

I tried to watch the Dallas Bovine Herders today but the Raiders are more exciting. I forget who they are playing...

Cowgirls are tied right now in the 4th. Rarely watch them anymore, but it's too cold to go outside.

What is Big Daddy up to these days? Are you talking about me or Don Garlits? He used to have have a show on Speed but I haven't seen him lately. As for me, Sundays give me another day to browse eBay for Postcards of Humboldt County to add to my voluminous collection. We will be decorating the Christmas Tree the next week or so. I hope my grandson will help this year again...

Why the picture of 5th place Jr?
This thread needs a pic of Nextel Champion and West Coast's own Jimmie Johnson (from my home town of El Cajon, CA)!

He always crashes when I wear my JJ tee shirt, hat and drink from my JJ coffee cup at the same time...

F from Jayski For all you D Cope fans...
#
# Cope's Niece's hired by McGlynn Racing? hearing that McGlynn Racing has hired the Cope twins, Amber and Angela, who are Derrike Cope's nieces. Derrile driver the #74 McGlynn Racing in a limited number of Nextel Cup races this season. The twins will supposedly work their way up through the lower divisions up to ACA and Busch Series later this year and 2007. More info on the Twins at twinmotorsportsracing.com.(7-4-2006)
