Like I said on the other thread. This man didn't deserve to be put through all of this.

Defense lawyers in the lacrosse rape case have said that Elmostafa was charged because he is a favorable witness to the defense.
Loflin put one of the lacrosse investigators on the witness stand this morning and produced typed notes from the lacrosse case that show District Attorney Mike Nifong wanted to be informed when Elmostafa was arrested. Loved that part.

I guess Nifong should have called his "twin sister" to the stand, the one with 126 convictions...

I wish Hannity would have on Elmostafa's lawyer tonight. He could bring that part up and we can watch Alan squirm for a whole segment.

Duke has a pretty obvious solution to its PR problems. The board of trustees should fire Brodhead and assure all alumni and prospective students the University will never abandon its students again.
Something tells me I won't be picked for the PR job ;-)

No he didn't. This was nothing but intimidation.

I strongly believe Broadhead should go. The boys need their reputations back. So does the university. When Mike Krzyzewski made the comment about them being "in the kid business" you could almost hear that slap. LOL. I imagine he wasn't too popular with some of the more "pc" crowd after that. :)

I believe he will turn out to be a very good witness for the defence!I would bet they threatened him,and tried to make a'deal',but he did not give in.Good for him.

Durham taxi driver Moezeldin Elmostafa (center) listens to testimony during his bench trial in District Court today as Durham police investigators Benjamin Himan (at left) and Richard Clayton look on. Mostafa, a witness for the defense in the Duke lacrosse case, was charged in a three-year-old misdemeanor for aiding and abetting a larceny. He was acquitted of the charges. Himan and Clayton are investigators for the Duke lacrosse rape case.
