As to your proof of UFO's. I once had a chicken that laid eggs with a U.S. flag on them. I swear it's true. It's true because I told you so. My dear realative swears it's true because I told him so, also. There! SEE!! That proves it. How could anyone doubt.

I think I see a pattern here.
1. Off the wall assumptions reign in the service of the ego to defend against great discomfort and existential angst brought on by the frightening prospect of admitting that ET's et al exist.
2. These assumptions are likely akin to other assumptions being greatly eroneous about many things from evolution to a spouse's or significant other's comfort, trustworthiness, etc.
3. The enormous, seemingly chronic and wholesale distrust of one's loved ones is probably accompanied by a great emotional, existential distance between the ASS-U-MEr and the ASSumer's closer friends and sort of loved ones.
4. This unfulfilling considerable emotional distance likely winds up the ego to more religiously, fiercely, intensely insist on brazenly, illogically shooting down all and sundry notions which the least bit contradict the ASSumer's tidy little boxed constructions on reality.
5. Probably such ASSUmer's would find it super difficult to ask for directions; to trust any directions asked for and perhaps even to travel very far in unfamiliar territory.
6. Such anxiety ridden compulsive perspectives may at times leave said assumers fondling chicken eggs and pretending the ovoid fascination is partiotic.
7. Or, the compulsions may merely leave the assumer's salivating at the prospect of more ranting to do toward those who dare to construe reality differently.
8. It probably won't cross such an assumer's consciousness until it's too late . . . but such isolations brought on by such rigid, narrow, tidy little constructions on reality CAN, on occasion, make one more vulnerable to be abducted. Less messy when one isn't closely emotionally connected to one's social network.
9. And, it's clear . . . freaking out to such extremes against folks who just happen to have a trustworthy construction on reality different from that of the assumers . . . welll, it's just not a great way to win friends and keep them around longer than seconds to minutes. So, isolation CAN result. And, somehow ET's know such things. Or, at least, some researchers seem to think so.
10. But, all is not lost. The abudctions probably add to intergalactic science in some meaningful way. Or else the anal probes are just a way of assessing the new specimens for the inter galactic zoo. Or is it for their food locker?

Why should I have to prove that something that doesn't exist, doesn't exist? I offer as proof, that no-one has ever produced one for examination. I also state that if all the real UFO's went away there would still be the exact same amount of sightings.
And your counter proof would be......?
Proof? I'm just here for the show. I was just wondering why it was so important to you to prove they don't exist.
