Here is a shot of the Residencia. He had the extension built to bring the place up to 49 beds. At 50 beds a whole new set of rules and regulation take effect so it is not worth it unless you want to go for at least 100 beds.
He only has Alzheimer's or dementia patients as it would not be fair to mix the people.
It is out in the country a couple of miles for here.
Residencia has a soft "th" for the "c" in castellano
Residencia de la Luz

I read a paperback years ago called I believe "Cloud 7" or "7th Heaven" not the tv show, it was about those who had Alzheimer's or dementia that they lived partly here on earth and the other part in heaven until they died!

I have visited four Residencias for Alzheimer and dementia patients twice a week for many years. I have yet to see an overweight patient. Most are old an frail and never been overweight in their lives. I guess I'm safe. VERY safe...

A comforting idea especially for their families.

We had both better hope I am right on this one.

Of course, we heavier ones may die off too soon to reach that stage.

I remember reading one where the person was seating in the chair all after noon.
When asked later how was her day she said she and her friend had a nice drive in the country and stop for a picnic and it was lovely by the water!

You are right, and everyone knows aliens always go to America where their favourite food is abundant.
Emigrate.

At least some unfortunate people were helped by the transplants.

My weight isn't a problem to me.
I'm quite comfortable in my own skin.
Acres and acres of skin...

I don't think stealing body parts is kosher
The people pay to for a funeral and the director sells the body parts out the back door to get gain.
That is a no no!
The family should be able to decide if they want to DONATE THE PARTS!
Some of those parts came from disease bodies or to old to be worthy when one is 95 years old those parts are wore out!

To where???? That is a problem who would have you? How about sneaking across the Mexican border as a sort of exchange illegal.
Fred would put you on the right track and he knows all the best bars. You could keep yourself in funds by selling time-share to the gringos.
Think of the Mexicanas.

Of course Resty, but I doubt if they use diseased or 95 year old body parts, no market for them.
To: Cardhu
and they'd never lie about the age or condition of the donor, would they???
