Something like that, but that's Native American in origin. And they usually use steam...water poured on hot rocks. (My poor little brain....)

You guys are gonna hurt yourselves.
Steam rooms are steamy. Saunas are usually dry heat. Sweat lodges combine the two.
And people who jump into cold water afterward are nuts.

Well, for a bit. I'm stuck here, with my daughter still three hours out, and I'm not happy about that. They left two hours later than they planned to. Or maybe they left when they planned to, but told me different.
At any rate, it's going to be way late before I can even think of bed, and that doesn't bode well for tomorrow morning. *sigh*

"Did you ever try an oxygen patch?" I used a tire patch once. I felt more energetic for a while.

I guess, if you read all that, you know my brain isn't working...as usual.
We actually got some rain this afternoon...smells good out there! Yummy! Rain in the desert is the best smell there is!
I'm going to shut down in a bit and pack this up. Probably another half hour. *sigh* (I wish this was NEXT Friday...)

Order pizza. Splurge and get the best.
Tell them how good it was when they get there late.

Nah...they've been eating all the way here. I know them. My oldest grandson is coming with them, so at 19, he's not going to be happy with an energy bar.
Besides...I've lost my appetite.

LOL!
Yah. It was that way in Texas. I was there three years, and I think I saw the sun with no clouds exactly two weeks during that entire time.
Which is why I moved to Tucson.

It was where I lived. I didn't know that when I moved there, or I would have stopped in Tucson on the way and saved myself some time and money.
It's the only place I've ever lived where the prevailing winds were from the east. The winds came off the Gulf of Mexico and the place was like a hot shower all the time.
