In his press statement, Atty. Shabazz presented eight demands formulated by members of the Black community of Durham, which included that the defendants in the rape case, Collin Finnerty and Reade Seligmann, be tried and convicted...

First, since when is "attorney" a title like Professor or Doctor? A weak attempt to grap legitimacy from the ether.
Second, they demand the conviction? Look Mr. Zulu, if the evidence says they didn't do it, then they didn't. Let the justice system run it's course. Hey even O.J. got acquitted.

I lived in Raleigh for 4 years and managed never to set foot in Durham.
