I have one thing to say about Sutton. With her "Nifong For DA" facade, she is only playing in to the legitmacy of this snipe hunt.

She should consider getting better representation for her clients.

If she was raped by three guys the dna would be in her vagina or all over her thighs or in her throat or wherever!

Why didn't she know if Seligmann was wearing a condom if she was forced to give him oral sex? She'd at least know if he was wearing a condom. And why weren't condoms and condom wrappers included in the search warrant?

Defense Attorneys: Fingernails With DNA Were Never Applied

Shaking head.

It's reached the point that I picked up my old copy of The Entity last night. It's a paranormal event in which a woman is assaulted and raped by an unseen "entity" and then by a gang of unseen "entities" in the mid70s in Southern CA.

Psychiatrists and Paraphyschologists disagreed on this case.

"The Entity" has less holes than this Durham case.

Unless it has changed, he is the only one (besides Finnerty) in Durham whose charges were reinstated.

Can you or anyone tell me if IN FACT they are stick on nails? Of course there are several different types of fake nails. I have had every kind ot nail you can imagine, including my natural ones (lol). This includes, acrylic, gel, stick-ons, glue-ons, powder, tips. I can only say that if they are the kind that you stick on (either pre-glued or with glue supplied in the kit) you are guaranteed to lose on or more when the wind blows. If she was strugling, every one of those nails would have been off in seconds and her natural nails would have dug into the skin of the attacker. So can anyone be sure if they are press-on? If so, case dismissed in my opinion.

If she was forced to have oral sex and told the that to the "nurse who examined her", would there be any kind of test (this might sound rediculous) that would show traces of semen in her mouth, esophagus, stomach lining, blood stream? For example, some kind of mouth swab (when they test for strep throat), could there possibly be traces of semen? (I assume she didn't wash up before the exam), Woudn't they take samples of her skin, mouth, lips, face, etc?? (also assuming he had an ejaculation)

http://www.nbc17.com/news/9203288/detail.html

According to defense attorneys, police found four stick-on acrylic fingernails in a trash can at 610 Buchanan St., the house where the party took place. The tissue connected to the possible DNA match was found under one of those fingernails.

But defense attorneys said the third player accused lived at the house and it is no surprise that trace amounts of his DNA could be found inside his own trashcan. They also said they don't believe the type of fingernails that were found -- the kind that are applied with an adhesive strip -- actually ripped off during an attack. They don't believe the fingernails were ever applied, and they said they have pictures to prove it.

I agree with you. From the beginning, the defense has said they are press-on nails. If you read the new thread today, the article says acrylic. We, who have had acrylics, know that our own nails would be ripped out if we lost one of those.

Yes, I am known by my family and friends as always losing nails. My sisters who have had all kinds of nails, can't understand that no matter what I put on, somehow they break. The acrylic as you said, will absolute rip your own nail off! OUCH!

Does anyone think that she was messed up on something when she got there? They only danced for a little while, and wasn't she stumbling? I think the strippers spent all that time in the bathroom so the other stripper (not exotic dancer) could help AV get her act together, nails on, etc. and the guys were pissed off cause they weren't performing and weren't getting their money's worth. Maybe Kim just said, I'm outta here, cause she was frusterated with the AV, and guys were getting pissed off, so she left AV inside, who proceeded to wander outside, messed up. Someone eventually carried her out to Kim's car.

"Does anyone think that she was messed up on something when she got there?"

Yes, it seems to be the opinion of the guys. They took pictures, apparently, as she entered and while "performing," for about 5 minutes. The pictures are said to show bruises all over her body.

Nancy is the Geraldo of CNN (I think old Jerry was a lawyer too way back when). No one with any sense should give any credence to either of those hysterical, drama queen fools.

Here's one theory: it was Kim Roberts, professional criminal, who drugged the AV, when she gave her a drink. KR planned on using the AV to make the money, then she would roll the AV for the money later.

I can see the AV, sitting on the floor of the bathroom by herself, out of her mind on something, messing with her nails. Kim Roberts is outside in her car. Why is she out there?

Can you or anyone tell me if IN FACT they are stick on nails?

I recall seeing or reading a transcript of Nifong himself calling them press on nails, but, I can't find it now.

One of the defense attorneys calls them press on nails.
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/12241326/
" Kerry Sutton, who represents one of the lacrosse team's captains....
Sutton believes DNA results prove the accuser's story false.
She said that the accuser's fingernails, as well as press-on nails found at the scene, were swabbed for DNA, along with the accuser's entire body. "

www.cbsnews.com May 11 , quoting the Durham Herald -Sun
" Police later recovered several stick-on acrylic fingernails from a trashcan, and the tissue in question was found under one of those nails, the newspaper reports."

http://www.wral.com/news/8751211/detail.html
"The first photo, taken at 11:02 p.m., at the party.....
Her right shoe is off, and her press-on nails are missing. "
