Was she going WOOOOOOOO! in that last pic? LOLLOL! I don't know, of course, but I can imagine her doing that. She's still so down to earth with (so far anyway) zero celebrity-itis.

WHAT IF Taylor really was surprised and TPTB on Idol were HOPING he would BLOW IT, BIGTIME.Anything's possible in this crazy world, especially when big money is on the line. Just my own impression, but I do think Taylor was surprised.
The other thing is, that could cut either way. Some people might think he got an unfair boost over the other candidates and could vote against him because of it.

We've been told time and again they can't get clearance for THE EAGLES. Don't get caught up in the band name. Clearance all depends on the SONGWRITER. Just like with "Something" -- George harrison songs are cleared, Lennon/McCartney are not. It is quite possible "Desperado" is cleared.

It is quite possible "Desperado" is cleared. Hard to keep that stuff straight. I'm not keen on that song. I used to like, have the album, but its just kind of eh, to me now.

"Chris looked like a guy who just found out his wife was sleeping around."
Good way to put it. I kept waiting for Chris to pretend to be a gracious loser but he remained pretty sober. When he took the microphone to sing his farewell song I held my breath because at that moment the look on his face made me expect he was going to do something like throw the microphone down or sing and then suddenly say something nasty. I really felt that coming. But it did not.

"Every single one of the finalists are amazing, imo."
If you're talking final four (heck, even top 6), I agree completely.

Three more pics of Kelly with the Navy's Blue Angeles. She got to sit in the Lt. Commander's seat, LOL! Kelly is a committed Christian who says the guy she marries must be a good Christian and family man. Grin...if she keeps hanging around those Navy hunks, she just might find the right guy sooner than she expects. :)

(they might eventually put some pictures on their website of his visit.
I also heard that Taylor is supposed to be at the Galleria Mall in Bham some time in the afternoon to perform. Theres a parade around Linn Park also scheduled. Sounds like hes got a full day of appearances.

Chris' fans are having a fit and merging with Kat cause they hate Taylor for singing and taking time from Chris. He didn't get to thank his fans, friends and family. They seem to forget he can thank them on every show he appears on and that it wasn't Taylor's fault that Ryan asked him to sing.

"I am just a little worried that 19E would chew up Elliott and spit him out. But I think they might find Tay-Tay a tougher nut to crack"Tay-Tay won't get into anyone's box. He's already broken out of it. That thing with "Just a Little Tenderness" woke him up, and he has seized control of the competition ever since.
It's Tay-Tay's to lose, and Ta-Ta's to win.

I don't recall who said it last night but there is really some twit over at the AI board suggesting they shave their heads! Yeah! That'll teach America for voting for THEIR favorites.
LOL! Maybe we should dye our hair gray. Of course generally I shriek when I see a grey hair on my head but I'm willing for the cause. :) You're right, they're nutters.

Yes. I really expected him to do something or other. Not a gracious loser he.
By the way, I forget just when but Seacrest did flubber the phone numbers at some point. He may have repeated himself and got it straight but I do remember it happening. I think I was in the process in inputting Taylor's number on my phone and was suddenly distracted by the confusion.
I want Taylor Hicks to win just to see the look on his face! I know Elliot is wonderful, too. I am touched by Elliot's humility.
But I'm on the Taylor wagon!!!!!!!

These people need to get a life.
IT'S A TV SHOW.
By the way, who was Chris Daughtry before this? Oh yes, a service guy at a dealership I believe. Now he's famous and taking offers from multi-million album selling bands who need a good singer to front them.
Sucks to be Chris right now....

I think he shaved his head becausae he was going bald. If you look at the top left corner of that montage you can see that he has a very receding hairline. Remember George's male pattern baldness 'horseshoe'?
I went to high school with a guy that was losing his hair while in high school.
