Again, I don't think any of these four folks were awful, I just really dug seeing Chris and am disappointed and disinterested from here on (until next season, of course).
Ditto! Truthfully, I think that Chris will have the biggest career of any of them in the long run. I really do! I not just saying that because I'm mad.

Was Taylor just ogling Priscilla?
LOL! It did look like it! I started laughing when I saw that part because he was sure giving her the once over.

Its really funny to hear her little voice throught the house. If she drops something, ties her shoes wrong, or something of that sort she immediately blurts out "I butchered it"- but with a Texas/Jersey girl accent.

What killed Chris's chances.
The sunglasses. Boxers or Briefs. Picking his nose before shaking hands with Motolla. That weird grunt he made at the end of Too Much Conversation.
The Macho, unsmiling image finally got him in trouble. Comments?

Live is cool. Whatever happened to them?I like them too. They did a GH Album "Live:Awake" in 2004 with the Walk the Line remake. Not sure if they are still together. The Album "Throwing Copper" is one of my favorites. Another favorite of mine is Midnight Oil.

Yeah, I'll give Taylor that. He does seem to be genuinely having a ball. He really annoyed me at first. I thought he had some sort of affectation. He has grown on me, and I find him somewhat entertaining. He is Hubby's favorite. I'm rooting for Elliot. I am so impressed with his growth as a performer. To me, that's the best part of Idol, watching them grow. In the end, I think that's what did Chris in--he didn't grow. He was so great right from the start, but he never grew. He is exactly what he was six weeks ago. Elliot is growing. Taylor is growing too. Well, I'm not sure growing is the right word for Taylor. I think maturing might be better. He seems to be calming down some--or maybe I'm just getting used to him.

He sang off key! Elliot? I have to disagree. He get's a little breathy sometimes, but I don't think I've ever heard him go off key.

I think Elliot has a nice enough voice. I don't even think he's bad looking. He's just never picked a song that resonates with me. It's always like,"so what" when he performs, to me anyway.

Taylor has a good voice, but people complain when he doesn't dance. That leads me to believe that many enjoy watching him more than listening to him. It's a singing competition, I like both and fortunately he has been doing one of each these past two weeks. I listen to his mp3's all day and don't see him sing and really enjoy them. I think I even like them more because then his voice becomes the focus.
To: new cruelty
I can't even imagine what a Texas/Jersey girl accent sounds like! Can you post her picture sometime?
To: Wolfstar
I just hope it's a Taylor-Elliott finale. That would make me genuinely happy. Me too. Even if Chris had survived this week, that's how I wanted the show to end--with Taylor and Elliot.

You've summed up my feelings exactly.
At first I couldn't get Taylor at all.
My twenty something daughter is going to be so disappointed that Chris is gone.
Never thought much of Eliot but he really was good during the Elvis night. He has improved a lot and deserves to be here.
Kat has a magnificent voice but just doesn't seem to connect with me.
I so enjoyed Mandisa.

It's Florida 2000 all over again--I wanted to vote for Chris, but I called Pat Buchanan instead :)

How has she promoted her breasts? She's been a very modest dresser (with the exception of the yellow dress).
My point is that this lovely, talented young woman is performing her heart out and it's all about the T&A. Thats shallow.

They should show their solidarity tomorrow and shave their heads, like the Manson women. Oh my!
