And just about every woman out there needs 20lbs of fat sucked out of her ass, her boobs enhanced or her tummy tucked. And, why not tell most men that they should get some hair stapled on to their head?
It gets really tiring listening to the "conservatives" out there make shallow comments about people and their supposed short comings in how they look. God gave that man a gift of a golden voice but unfortunately he came with some flaws.

a little - going to the doc in the am....everyone in mobile has this crud and there's no way to get over it without going to the doc....which i hate on a good day! I just know to not take anything prior to AI coming on. don't want to fall asleep and miss it! the local radio station was just talking about AI and the consensus of their e-mail and phone calls was Kat can kiss it good-bye!

hey I wasn't slamming him....just saying that with all the comments about his teeth, I now can't quite noticing them. In fact, I think Elliot's got a very good voice and I've like him all along - I'm just pulling for Taylor. (And am hoping that McPhee gets the boot tonight...I really would like to see a Taylor-Elliot final!)

Taylor is always so much fun to watch. For some reason that particularly annoys Simon! I suppose so but if you are just listening to music on your non-video iPod he sounds pretty bland. Not a great or memorable voice. Ditto Chris and Elliot.
Close your eyes and just listen to the music. Kat shines. The guys are very so-so. I would buy a Kat CD in a heartbeat.

True. We're hoping that his exposure on AI will net him enough money to get them fixed. I mean that sincerely. I'm not poking fun of him. 98% of us would have teeth like that if we didn't have a good dental plan.

I'm not poking fun of him. 98% of us would have teeth like that if we didn't have a good dental plan. His teeth don't strike me as being that bad. They aren't caked with plaque and they aren't green. I've seen worse and quite often on celebrities. I used to wonder why they didn't fix their teeth, since they certainly could afford to. Now, I figure its part of who they are.

I agree. I don't know what's so bad about them.
Perfection is the enemy of good. There seems to be so much that is good about Elliot and 9X's out of 10, when discussing those good points you get a "yeah, but look at those teeth".
One reason I don't read and respond much on this thread. A lot of shallowness going on here about Katherines's body and Elliots teeth....sheesh.

If Elliott and Taylor are the final two, it almost won't matter who wins. Imagine what an emotional, moving moment it would be if Elliott actually pulled it off and WON? Taylor is my favorite, though; I just love the guy!
Some have mentioned that they have Taylor's albums. Can anyone tell me where I can get them? Or do you think whoever owns the rights to them will release them now, and cash in on his popularity? I hope so.

Elliot was at his best tonight. He's by far the best singer in the competition. I think he's probably one of the best ever on AI. The boy can just flat out sing!

Notice too that Eliot often smiles with his mouth shut.
He keeps the mike close to his face too....so the teeth don't show in the closeups.
I think if he fixed his teeth he might lose the beard.

I am so old, I don't even know what an Ipod does or is. Well I'm not going to explain the iPod but I would like to note that in the end what American Idol is all about is picking the singer who will become a star. What that means to me is picking the one who will sell the most CDs. Not doubt the visual image is important in winning the competition but it is the voice and the music that well sell the CDs. In that competition Kat is a clear winner.
And I bet she looks pretty good even on an old 13" B&W.
