Simon is getting too snarky and his SHUT UP to Paula was over the top.I say it's about time. He sits there patiently while Randy and Paula praise each singer so much that it's disgusting and then as soon as he starts to speak, they interrupt him. He should've told her to shut up long ago.

Motolla told her she needed to emote more, get in touch with the lyrics. Seems like Foster told her the same thing. Too often she would smile during lost love songs.
Someone touched on what may be the problem though. They called her theatrical. Well, that's what she is used to, theater. The problem though is it taks more than eye contact with the audience.

I heard 3 Dog Night! I thought that was just a reference to the three guys moving on to next week. Three Dawgs Night.
