Jack's hood renders him invisible, I guess ...

The elves gave it to him.

Or maybe James Potter

Actually it was Paul McCrane. And yes he was in both "Robocop" and in "ER" - Dr Romano was one of my favorite characters.

I've been sitting here mulling if I should jump into this. I decided that it wouldn't hurt.

I don't understand your complaint. COEXERJ145 gets asked questions. Should he not answer because it irritates you?

There are posters on this thread that irritate me. I skip their posts in the interest of peace in order to not disrupt one of the few threads that has no spats. I am now signing off. I come here to relax and share my enjoyment of 24 with other fans. If I wanted to read complaints and swipes at other posters, I'd be on the main board.

Goodnight.

First, I will note that I waited two days before posting, so that those who followed along during the show wouldn't be distracted by my complaint.

Second, I kept my complaint short, just a few paragraphs to a specific point. I hardly spend all my time posting complaints -- this is the first time we've had an extended discussion, and that has been on the responses to my complaint. It's not like I comment to every single post, like some people who are just being annoying might do.

And I've only complained about a couple of posts out of all of them. I don't mind the answers to questions, or even the mid-week information, which I can easily skip.

The only thing I've complained about is the comments in the middle of the 1-hour live thread time which say "now what comes up next is REALLY important, so watch carefully".

To me, that reveals something about the show and what is and is not important. Maybe it doesn't to anybody else -- but I presumed COEX simply didn't understand what a comment like that actually revealed, and hoped I might get a reconsideration of such posts in the middle of the 1-hour live part of this thread.

I have not attacked anybody personally, or made personal comments about them, just spoke about a style of post that I personally felt I would rather not have happen in the middle of the show.

If we are so uncivilised that a person can't even express an opinion about something that bothers them without being called names, we have lost something great.

WOW. What an episode! We watched it again at the office today, and here's my taken on Heller's Plunge for the Cause. Either he used *some* forethought and opened his windows, or he put the car on cruise control, and rolled out of the door before it went over the cliff. I didn't consider that till after I went home but will check the DVR to see what condition Heller and his car were in before it went in.

Whatcha think?

I think we won't find out about Heller until next season. It really just depends on William Devane and whether or not he is able to come back next year.

The writers left themselves an out either way. Heller can return next season if his ABC contract terminates, which it is likely to do as his show is in the ratings dump, or they can "kill" him next season with a couple of throw away lines.

I'm not sure but it sure is a strange coincidence both men appeared in Robocop.

With all you women drooling over Kiefer, I'm going to have to dig into my archive and pull something out for me and the rest of the guys.

Fair's fair, I guess!

That bothered us too but maybe it was a signal that Aaron left for FLOTUS that he was in trouble.

Could be, evad. Hope he's not in trouble...Aaron seems like a dependable straight arrow.

Besides, I'm still in mourning for Edgar...

For some reason Audrey's not too popular here on FR, but I think she's hot!

Maybe its the lingering suspicion some posters have had that somehow she's not what she seems...that maybe she's a mole or playing two sides or something like that.

Mistrust can make a very attractive person seem not as attractive.

She looked great in that beautiful winter white coat until she started bleeding all over it!

That video was really hard to screencap. The camera was moving a lot so it was always a bit blurry. The few times it wasn't there was a huge logo on the screen. That picture was the only good one I was able to get out of it.

Its a funny picture and makes me LOL because she looks like she's had a few and is ready to rumble!

I kept my complaint short, just a few paragraphs to a specific point.

That's not short.

The only thing I've complained about is the comments in the middle of the 1-hour live thread

No, it isn't. In 1033 you complained about our posts made on Tuesday. I wasn't on the thread Monday night.

Listen Charles, different people have diffrent styles. Should we all start complaining about one another? Your tomes in the thread make me crazy. I skip them. Would I EVER have said so if you hadn't complained? No. I believe it's petty and novellas are your style. Other people enjoy chatting with you, just as COEXERJ145 has people that chat with him.

COEXERJ145 isn't breaking any rules and doesn't give spoilers on the board. Be an adult and skip his posts.
