Oh, he showed on O'Reilly. Sharpton claimed that the Duke lacrosse boys were pretending to be on the BASKETBALL and track teams specifically so they could get black strippers.

The AV claimed to police it was the BASEBALL and track teams, and that was at the party itself.

BLACK convicts so they could get pleasure from being ripped off? They had to be BLACK convicts? If they had been White convicts, then what? They wouldn't have ripped off the boys because only BLACKS do that? The boys wouldn't have gotten pleasure because only BLACKS would have served for that?

While driving Seligmann home, Mostafa received a call at 12:29 a.m. from the cell phone of lacrosse player Tony McDevitt, requesting another ride from the party, the records show.

Mostafa, whose account appeared initially on national television and in The Herald-Sun, said that when he pulled up again in front of 610 N. Buchanan Blvd. some men were in the front yard and others were across the street and along the stone wall that rings Duke's East Campus.

While Mostafa waited at the curb, a woman in jeans and a sweater came from an alley beside the house and got into the driver's seat of a car parked in front of his taxi.

The woman appeared angry, Mostafa said, and drove several hundred feet before putting the car in reverse and stopping in front of the three-bedroom white house. That's when he whisked his fares away.

Defense lawyers have said that the woman arrived at the party already impaired and battered and concocted a story.

Jason Bissey, who lives next door to the university-owned house, said Thursday that he had a clear view of the accuser's arrival and that she did not appear to be impaired. He said he saw her walk up a long alley to the rear of the lacrosse house, then talk to the other woman hired to dance before entering the home.

"They were both totally lucid. [The accuser] was not impaired in any way, I remember clearly," Bissey said Thursday. "It was a kind of a long way to walk so it would have been pretty clear if she was messed up."

Defense lawyers have said the women each received $400 to dance and angered the players by stopping after only a few minutes. Time-stamped photos taken by party-goers show the dancers stopping at 12:04 a.m.
