The accuser AND the prosecutor should be indicted for the hell they have caused not only to the accused, but also to Duke University and race relations in North Carolina.
Not sure if you are understanding the timeline there. Are you saying that he started raping her the minute she walked in and even during his call to the cab dispatcher?

Are you seriously trying to contend that this woman was raped by three men who just happened to be members of the Duke LaCrosse team and then she found the ability to go ahead with her scheduled dance performance in front of these very same men and THEN went to the Kroger parking lot and had the guard make the call??

I have to wonder if the cab driver's testimony will change due to community pressure.

The important photo is the one of her smiling on the porch at 12:30 with clothes unruffled. It's unlikely she would appear like that after a brutal gang-rape. I believe the prosecution may now contend the rape occurred after the 12:30 photo and before the 12:37 photo ...??
Don't forget about the tax payers of NC.
The state is actively trying to recruit companies to move to North Carolina. Any company would think twice about doing that if they think race relations are bad.
The other student says that the climate on campus is supportive of these guys...is dismayed at the breakdown of how the system works.
The first student is wearing a white T-shirt w/"Innocent" across the front, and both have been giving out 'hundreds' of such T-shirts for students to wear.
The first student is an attractive woman who appears to be of Indian descent; the other, Caucasian.
Their pictures lock HER story in.
And I am almost positive they have video.
Perhaps a more telling question....where was she before her arrival at the LaCrosse house party....I know....she was teaching Bible classes.....

I don't either. It sounds as if this stripper was gassed from the get-go. He's thinking--"and for this I wasted my night? See ya." What I am picturing from the description of the photos is her trying to hobble around on one shoe throughout the night. If these shoes are stilettos (usual stripper footwear), no surprise she fell down the stairs. She was "dancing" in just one shoe, for petes sake. That is NOT a normal stripper M.O.
I know a little about this stripping business as (years ago) I had two good friends who were strippers. They call themselves dancers, but c'mon. They made at least $1500.00 cash at batchelor parties. (They tried to "recruit" me several times to "buddy dance" with them to make even MORE money. Uh, no thanks.) One rule is they could NEVER dance without their shoes, the reason being that (at least according to our laws,) they (and the establishment they were performing in) could be charged with PROSTITUTION. I know, it sounds weird, but the managers of the club had hissy fits if their girls kicked their shoes off, and my friends both confirmed the reason why. Additionally, one of my "dancer" friends could NOT perform without getting high first, and she told me that most girls in the business were lit when they performed and quite a few of them did "private action" as well. (In my defense, I was a silly little liberal back then--I have a much better class of friends now, though I do hope they are happy with "normal" lives now.)
I am guessing that the two got irritated by the comments and thumbs-down from the players, weren't getting tipped, and decided they were going to bail. They went in the bathroom to get dressed, but the accuser decided she needed to repair her press-on nails. She probably opened her cosmetic bag, lost some of the contents on the floor (thinking she is inebriated here) including some of her press-on nails. They probably discussed how they were going to get out of there without finishing the performance that was agreed upon up front and still get paid.
The timeline is very troublesome for the Prosecutors. She claimed she was raped for at least 30 minutes in a vicious struggle, yet NO DNA? That seems highly improbable, and it is clear from the photos that she already had injuries and bruises to her body as she was performing. At least one of her "100% certain" accused seems to have a solid alibi.
