Good morning - figured everyone was sleeping in this morning. Well, except me, since grandson spent the night and woke up at 6:30am. :)

Afternoon. I went riding this morning. It's a gorgeous day. Warm and breezy. I guess Spring is here. I saw a snake in the road this morning.

My oldest grandson lived with us most of the time his first 3 years. Every morning, it was "Granny, get up. The sun is up"

LOL - well I did tell him last night when he told me he wasn't going to sleep, he'd be awake all night, that he should wake me up when he saw the sun :)

I'm jealous:). The weather here is beautiful and I can't ride:(. Well, I guess I could ride Rocky, but I don't like riding him and he doesn't have shoes....

I was up til 1. I think I have every thing the state wants for my business license. I just have to do a little cleaning up and copying today. I hope I have enough money to pay all the postage it is going to require.

I have to get the farrier out. SL is getting a crack in her hoof. I guess it's about time for the oil again. I had to soak to clean today.

:') I think I passed a new mile stone today. Usually, if I have a problem I want off, even if I get beat up by the horn on the way. Today SL wanted to dance. I don't jump out of moving cars and I just held on. I decided if I was going down she was gonna go with me.

Definately a milestone :) That's great. Also good to hear about all the paperwork being done. Good luck mailing.

Jenny and i went grocery shopping together. Now I'm just kind of wondering around here looking for something to do.

I'm thinking of going and getting Harley and do some of the ground work that I learned on Clinton Anderson, but then again, maybe not:)

You're all set. And a lot more energy than me. I'll take a look on my lunch hour tomorrow to see if I can get what I need. That's easier than going out in the cold to check the garage and the shed for an existing bottle :)

We're trying to adjust cameras in the barn - it appears one went out, although I don't know what is wrong with it. Bob wants toget a completely new system but I think just getting some more cameras for the exising one would work.

It sure is dry , isn't it? I tend to need my spinach sometimes but I really had to wet my horses feet before cleaning.

Funny thing just happened. A truck pulled up in our driveway, and 2 couples got out. I went out to see who they were. One of the couples are the previous owners of Harley. They bought him in Tx. as a yearling. They used him to breed 2 mares before he developed a tumor on his testicle and had to be gelded. The man from the other couple knew Mack somehow, and somehow found out we had Harley. They just wanted to see him I guess. But I did wonder from the way they kept looking at each other as we talked if the other couple might have wanted to see if I wanted to sell him. But I think they caught on real fast I really like him and IF I sold him it would be for a chunk:) The wife had been riding his daughter today, and I guess she was very good and they wondered how good Harley was.

They liked Rocky too, and said they had a mare they might want to breed to him. I hear that all the time from people tho:)
