Another AI night. Thurs. is ER, Fri would be OK, or Sat.

From Sun to Thurs. I have one show a night I like to watch. The DVR thing has really spoiled me. I never watched that much TV in the past. But now that I can watch and hour show in 40 minutes and no commericals. I enjoy it alot more.

Wed. nights, AI is only on for 1/2 hour, So he could squeeze in that night:)

I saw on the 24 thread that they are saying 24 is going to be shown at 9:20....I'm going to have to set the DVR, to just film from 8:00 on so we don't miss anything. I want to hear the Pres. just wish it was a different time. He's got lots of explaining to do, IMO.

Oh - funny thing when we rode back into the parking lot at the trailhead, there's this guy, on a horse, talking to two gals that were tacking up. He looked like a cowboy out of a movie, with a handsome horse, well turned out, and flashy... maybe a Morgan. The two gals are cutie pies, and they're talking about trail options... different trails to take...

So the guy says "Well, I haven't ridden much out of here, so, if you wouldn't mind, can I tag along with you?"

It cracked me up, because I immediately thought, this guy's out here with his fancy duds and flashy horse, cruisin' the parking lot to pick up chicks! :~D

That reminds me of, oh, years ago, when the Line Dancing craze was going. There was a story on our local news about it. They went to some bar and interviewed some people who said they went "every weekend to dance". Girls and guys, guys especially, were all dressed in the western shirts, hats, boots, tight jeans, and out of all those "cowboys" the interviewer could not find any guys who actually could ride a horse, let alone rodeo:). I thought that hilarious:)

He looked like one of them line dancers, with the hat, and a big Tom Selleck mustache...

I'd have dated him just for his horse :~D

Sounds like the president's gonna tick off someone no matter when he speaks... but competing with '24' seems the worst :~D

Last time they delayed 24 due to the President's speach my local station did not adjust their programming so I missed it! I only have a few shows I watch a week. 24, House, Bones, Idol and ER, it is my unwind time after I get home from work and I hate for my rut to be disturbed!

Ok, I'm gonna admit this so nobody laugh: Big Love on HBO is my new favorite show!! I Tivo it every Sunday night and watch it on Monday morning when the kids are at school. I'm addicted! My sister's ex-husband went to high school with Bill Paxton so I always watch everything he's in. I like most of it.

When I was dating and met a "cowboy" at a bar, my first question was always, "Do you ride?" Never friggin' failed, the answer was always, "ride what?" Dorks.

It's been since "Miami Vice" and "Moonlighting" that I've gotten so addicted to a tv show.

I've never really gotten addicted to a show till the first year we started watching 24. And now with the DVR, like I said, I've got about 1 show a night I HAVE to see. We record others, but I can stand to miss them, or lots of time, I sit in here in the office and listen to them while Mack watches. If it sounds like something interesting is happening I get up and watch.

Hey, good deal about the halter/bridle. Bummer about the shoe and the wrist. Hopefully Chris'll get him fixed up.

Here's a pic I took on Saturday of Grace's new halter/bridle, the biothane one from National Bridle...

Sorry 'bout the odd angle, it was the best one I had. She kept moving in all the rest of them.

BladeRider didn't get to go with me and I ended up riding by myself again. Her husband forgot to leave her the truck keys when he went to work Friday night. Boy, I'd've hated to've been him on Saturday morning when he got home coz she was mad enough to chew steel and spit nails! ;o)

Those were really nice pics you posted. I'm glad y'all got to go. That was funny about the pickup-line cowboy, but hey, if you're gonna pick up girls you may as well pick up the right kind.
