Even though I recorded the Grammys to catch the Kelly parts, I didn't watch the show. I fast-fowarded to what interested me, then deleted the recording. I recorded AI, but watched it all the way through. Some of the judges choices this year flat out befuddle me.
AI is entertaining. So is 24. But I find myself watching less and less TV. The internet is vastly more entertaining to me.

Mug shots of Terrell and Derrell:

Terrell is in jail and Derrell is wanted and still at large. His next appearance will be on "America's Most Wanted".

I loved Donna's red hair! I didn't know she had dyed it! Aack...Oh well.
I see what you mean about the writer for Unit. :( Why couldn't they have hired Vince Flynn? He could do both shows. ;0)

Here's the video of Paula and Kelly backstage at the Grammys. Paula was working the interviews for ET Online. Kelly walks into the area where Paula was set up. Paula's back is to her initially as she's talking into the camera. Kelly sees her, sort of bends over a bit to try to see her face and says, "Is that Paula?" At the same time, Paula turns in her direction and they greet like long-lost sisters. It's a nice moment.
ET Online - Post Grammy With Paula - HYEBL - 02-08-06 - 2.98 MB WMV Video
This is a direct download off the server for the busiest Kelly fan board in the world -- literally. (Fans from as far away as Malaysia posted scans of the front pages of their newspapers showing Kelly winning.) Anyway, if you get a message saying there are too many simultaneous downloads, try again at a time when you think web traffic might be lighter.

I haven't been following the Terrell-Darrell thing and didn't realize what they had been up to. But I think this explains something in AI's last show. I kept wondering why on earth they were giving T&D so much time to trash the other singers. They certainly weren't that great themselves. Now I wonder: could it be they were setting them up as bad guys? So in some future show (perhaps the next one) AI will say, "Look! They're bad guys! Goodness gracious, we could tell by their nasty attitude! We suspected it all along!"
Or some such. :)

Thanks! This clip works, too :)
Kelly started to drift away from Paula after a few seconds and Paula grabbed her arm. You're not going anywhere :)
BTW, have you seen (and I hesitate to mention this) the commercials for Dr. Phil's special next Wednesday? He interviews a very weepy Paula and asks her questions like: "Why can't you keep a man?" LOL! It airs at 9pm on CBS right after Idol, so we might keep the thread going just to get some extra laughs :-D

...He interviews a very weepy Paula...LOL! No, I didn't see the commericals. I'll have to set my DVR for it. If you keep the thread going awhile for Paula's interview with Dr. Phil, I can join you because I'll be home from work then.
Re the Paula-Kelly interview, yes, I noticed Kelly seemed like she started to drift away. I think the celebs are supposed to keep moving on those carpet thingys. There's a line of media from everywhere and the celebs are supposed to stop briefly for each. So it's funny how Paula grabs Kelly to keep her there a little longer. The two of them were cute together, though. Kind of like long lost sisters.
Did you see Bo's funny comment about Kelly? I put it here a few posts back. Emily thought it was funny.

Whoa... just found this thread.
I hate Kellie Pickler. She's sooo fake. "The only keys I know are car keys." Come on now, anyone with access to google can find out in a second that she's isn't inexperienced, and in fact, has competed in pageants. Her voice isn't very good either.
I'm cheering for Old Man Hicks. Heh heh heh.

Did you see Bo's funny comment about Kelly? Well now that ya mention it ... :)
"shes about a lot more substance than just a pretty face, and a nice hind quarters, he said with a grin.

I'm grinning too

Kellie Pickler won't go very far. AI already has a Carrie Underwood who won.
