How did he get through the Army without being exposed to grits?

Grits weren't something that got served on military posts in NY.
Oklahoma, never saw grits there and I dunno why.

Well, my daughter and I have been talking about taking a cruise, but a coworker and I have been talking about a trip to Colorado this summer (she's never been there), visit my daughter and do some other fun stuff then pick up my grandson and bring him back for a couple of weeks.
If it's one thing I DON'T need, it's good food. I'm still working on reversing the effects of the "good food" I had over the holidays.

I need to excersize an loose weight to help take the waite off of my knees I have an a about a twenty min window before the knees hurt and get stiff!
So as I loose weight an I feel the legs will get stronger and be able to endure longer!
