The thread has slowed down to the pace that I'm used to. LOL!

Are you talking of a time in particular? ;-))
To: tuliptree76; EsmeraldaA
Yes, the three hundred posts in one hour peak does throw me off for a bit until I wade back in at some point and say something wacky.

Naaah, just speaking in general like when I'm kinda sleepy and the near-sightedness kicks in worse than normal.

There have been times where I never even tried to catch up, I just jumped ahead.

I might go back to reading. But I don't really feel like it - I don't want to research on Saturday night. LOL!

It does? I thought it was the light (as in not day light). LOL!

This thread, and the Canteen, are famous for being easily five hundred posts ahead of where I am at.

Well, the cavern like lighting on my end serves a purpose.
The flickering glow of the monitor casts a strange distorted shadow on the walls..

Ohhh I meant fiction....
I never try to catch up. Imagine that.
To: Darksheare
I need to have the light on.
My eyes do not like all the brightness from the monitor.

To: EsmeraldaA
I deal better with lower light levels than most people, but my eyesight in the dark is worse than most.
I dunno what it is.
My monitor can have a 60 Hz refresh rate and that doesn't bother my eyes.

I was referring to skipping over the hundreds of posts that I missed and jumping right into the middle of the conversation on the thread.

Those are news.
You do not see all that well in the dark....Darks. LOL!
To: EsmeraldaA
Well, I see movement better than anyone in the dark.
