Depends....if you are the cube....or in the other hand, if you are the squirrel....mmmmmhh

ah. thank you. i think i'll just shut up for a while and watch. you have to remember, i don't actually know HOW to cut and paste. last time i did it i was in kindergarten, and the most advanced technology we used was a pair of scissors. and used them incorrectly, as i found out when i did my first surgery rotation. you don't actually have to pinch your fingers in the handles. if the scissors are uncomfortable, you're probably using the wrong fingers.

Cut and Paste means to highlight the text by placing your mouse cursor on it and sliding it with the left button pressed. This will showcase an area of text by reversing its background color.
Once you have this selection, press the CTRL key on the lower left hand side of the keyboard, (There is a matching one to the right) and the "C" key.
Go to the area you wish to paste the text into and press the CTRL key and key next to the "C" key, the "V" key. If you speak French, you can call it "Choisir" and "Voila!"
You can actually carry large sections of text between applications this way. I open my word processor, grab a poem by highlighting, CTRL + "C" and then put it into a posting comment box.

LOL!
I was like that.
Press the left button on your mouse down, and run it over this line.
Release it when the background color changes.
Now go to the top where it says edit, and left click.
Now find the word copy, and click on that.
You have just copied.
Now go to the area you type your post.
Left click once.
Now go back to edit, on the top, and click on paste.
There! You did it!
:-)

So that people know if one is being sarcastic, rather than serious!

He's teasing you. But there are posters on other threads who are so serious and humorless that they do not recognize even obvious sarcasm.
It is for those benighted souls that we clue them in with the sarcasm tags. < / sarcasm >
