Confess...
You are multitasking impaired.
Not a rare condition for a male.

Don't show that - I had a dizzy spell last night!

I'm trying to explain that it's not possible, it only appears so - your brain is really only switching between the tasks, and they have to be simple tasks - a complex task needs undivided attention.

You did? You didn't fell again did you?
You need to have a check up, young man!

giving
full conscious attention to more than one problem/process at a given time is probably not within human capacity.
However: the human mind has the capacity to give less than full conscious attention to a given task. It is well within human capacity to give primary conscious attention to one task, secondary conscious attention levels to one or more other tasks, and subconscious attention to yet other tasks, simultaneously.

It was strange, really, because I seem to be making good recovery, suddenly this out of nowhere, and within a few mins I was fine again and I am fine today, it was prob an isolated occurance.

I saw atoll last night very late.
I think his thread was pulled. It's not there.
To: EsmeraldaA
I need coffee!!!!! hehe hehe hehe

I think, perhaps, that's what I'm trying to say - I was comparing the Human brain to the multiplexing system in a computer, maybe I'm wrong about Human multiplexing, but what you say at least shows that multitasking isn't really possible.

Isolated or not, it is NOT a good thing.
Promise you are making an appointment with your doctor.

Did I mention I need coffee?
LOL!
To: Irish_Thatcherite
LOL!
Why not?
And I drink my coffee black, thank you.
To: Irish_Thatcherite
But be sure to tell your doctor about it. It's probably the reason they told you not to work or drink...

Which is why, when I have a problem, I drive my car. It seems concentrating on my driving gives my subconscious time and space to work things out.
