Good night, Westy,
Is that Deception Pass? Where is that? It looks familiar. The sun was out in the NW today, after days of rain. Hope you got to enjoy it.

Hi Resty, I'm around. I just finished making a biiiig pot of turkey soup. My daughter Dy has moved into her house so it's a little chaotic around here.
I've been to her house washing windows, ironing and putting up curtains. Al is so tired but he plugs on.
We have our reservations for FL for the Tues after next, so I've got tons to do too. It took me half the morning making DVD's and CD's to take with me.
Tomorrow I have a lot of sewing to do on her living room curtains, so it doesn't seem to end.
On top of all that, I haven't been sleeping well at night. Too much on my mind I guess. I just got to sleep around four this morning and a damned Coyote woke me up yipping. Sighhhh...lol.

Seem like your Christmas in Florida is could be hecting all you have to do to open up and get ready...
Hope you are able to rest and let go of things that are purposeless.

I like that boat scene, Granny, thats a beaut.
I've often pondered a painting machine, something that could take a picture like yours and decide how to oil paint it, then work with the servos and numerical codes to translate the colors into brush strokes. Probably a project I'll never get to, but a pic like yours brings that old idea back to mind.
Hope you have a good pot of soup.
