Mack says in the long run it is better to go corp. The reason: it saves you alot of money on SocialSecurity Taxes. in a corp. you only pay SS tax on what you claim as salary. You can then take all the dividends from the corp, but you won't pay SS Tax on those. If you go Sole Prop. you pay SS on all income, not just your salary. You will still pay State and Fedral taxes on everything, but you won't pay SS on anything but what you claim you salary is. SS is 15%.
Does this make sense. I know what he said, and I know what I'm trying to say, just not sure if it's clear:) Corp are not hard to set up, I did it for the round up club. It's just a bit more complicated to file taxes.

Thanks. That helps.
Well, I sure hope it works.
"New ones make you look like a green horn"
Well, new saddles don't have much character - that's a fact.
How are yall posting the dolls? I have it saved but I can't figure out how to get it here.
Horse breeding
(just kidding).
I'm opening a school. I'll be tutoring or teaching various continuing education stuff. Sounds boring, huh? I like teaching though and the best part is that I'm good at it:').
When you get all done making the doll, under the picture of the doll are buttons to email, etc. One of them is html which has all the code for the picture. I just copied all of that and pasted it in my reply box to a comment.
I think that will be great and will give you some flexibility in your schedule. More time to do what you want to do :)
Things are bigger in Texas:') I have no idea how I did that. I just kept hitting buttons until York Photo picked it up.
When I'm my own boss my day will not start before 10:')
Oh shoot. We may get down into the upper 30's, Sat and Sun.
Very cool :)
Now if I were in charge that's the way it would be - I am not a morning person.
