He's still missing... I'm starting to fret, gonna put a sign up at the next door in case he went over there and someone thought he was lost.

Also gonna go walk the road a ways.

This cat disappeared for two months once, and then came back. But he's too old for that now.

OK, we need to send out the call to St. Francis (patron of animals) and St. Anthony (patron of people who have lost stuff). They're both Franciscans so they ought to have a soft spot for a lost cat.

St. Francis, St. Anthony, chiefest flowers of your Order, please take pity on a small lost cat. We beg you to intervene on his behalf to the Blessed Virgin and to Our Lord, that (if it is His will) he may be swiftly restored to home and hearth. We ask this in His name, Amen.

Yeah - I know... If he is OK - he'd be headed home I'd think.

Once again, I'm so sorry. I worry in the winter when my cat chooses to stay out nights. I don't know where he goes, but sometimes, even on cold nights he'll stay out, no matter how much I call....

HHHMMMMMMMMM....do you think he would take off because of the little ones?
I know he seemed to like them, but maybe he was jealous??? I think dogs will do that, I don't know about cats.

Thank you, I'm hoping that's the case, that he's fine and on some great adventure... He's certainly been gone this long before, but him going missing when I've been seeing a coyote is making my outlook pretty gloomy. I sure appreciate your concern! :~D

OH I think a cat would certainly do that if he was alarmed about them. But he seemed OK with them...

Does anyone know what type of plant this is:

It was given to me by a friend of Kristy's who is using my western saddle till she gets one of her own. This is a thank you, but Kristy couldn't remember the name of it, and the lady told her to tell me once it is done blooming to trash it. I thought maybe if I could find out what kind it is, I might be able to do something other then trash it when it's done blooming.

I only know this because I was looking at live plants for delivery the other day.

It looks like one of these...

Tropical Blooming Bromeliad Plant

One of the most striking features of tropical and subtropical forests is the abundance of colorful Bromeliads found growing on tree trunks and branches. We offer a Bromeliad that will similarly brighten any home or office. Perfect and its glowing bloom will last for months. The pot has a 5" diameter, and the Bromeliad stands between 10" and 12" tall. * Note that delivery area may be limited and a seasonal substitution could be used.

I think Hair is right, and I wouldn't trash it. Put it in the bathroom, it will like the humidity I think.

Yeah, it's definately a bromiliad. I've had them before and the lady is pretty much right about trashing them when the bloom falls off. I've never had one bloom again. They're almost as bad as poinsettias or amaryllis is that regard.
