Did you see the thread yesterday about the shop owner who put a sign on his door at kid-eye-level telling them to "use their indoor voice" in the shop? Apparently it struck a nerve with some mothers in the community and they were boycotting. Of course most of the FReepers were in favor of the shopkeeper, including me. People don't want to be bothered with making their kids behave anymore and it gets darned aggravating. Oh, add to that the other Mom who let her kids have sex, drug and alcohol parties at her home because she wanted to be the "cool" Mom. Give me a break! Nobody wants to be an Adult anymore.
I certainly prefer that to the alternative... staring at screens that are 1700 miles apart. ;~D

Y'all are so cute! ;o)

Yes, I still take the vitamins. I got lazy tho and slacked off on the exerciseing and following the eating plans in that book. It took awhile but just recently I really started feeling bad again, like I did last winter. I'm back to eating healthy again and have been doing some exercising again. I was telling Mack that we humans are really stupid:). You'd think as good as it makes you feel to eat healthy and do light exercise it wouldn't be hard to stick to it. But just 3 days after I went back to the plan, I started feeling enormously better.
I guess what I learned from it, it's more then just the vitamins, altho they are important. I was hoping (because I'm lazy:), that just taking the vitamins would keep me feeling well.
Well, hoping you keep improving, and sorry you had the problem to start with.
Becky
There is a web site, that actually Mack found:). It's called Women to Women. I order the vitamins from them. They come already packaged up in individual daily packages. You take 2 packs a day. They are suppose to be very high quality and designed specifically for women. I like them best because of the packages. There's like 4 pills in each package. Here's a link:

Red thing on a string is a big hit...
Of course... "flying leaps onto your sister" is also a favorite game :~D
Great pictures, especially the leaping one:) She is alot prettier without the red eyes:)

If I ever misbehaved in public my sorry butt was put in a sling! Different times, different means I guess. ;o)
I was just happy to finally show a good picture of her. I've really been fighting the glaring red eye with her, and it's hard to fix in photoshop.
Awwwww, Tweek's a cutie! What camera setting did you use? My cat's eyes are always coming out red in pictures too.
The kittie that I adopted from Cav is coming out of his shell a little more now too. He's finally decided to come out from inside the box springs! Really though, he's warming up to the other cats alot more, although they still haven't figured out how to play with each other yet without hissing. It'll come though. It'll just take them a little longer since they're older. He's really a loving cat towards humans, since Cav raised him on a bottle. I think he's partial to men for the same reason. He seems to really like my husband, but he won't turn down a scratch behind the ears from me either.
Well, when I was clicking through the flash settings on the camera (I've never read the manual of course...) there's a setting that has a picture of an eye on it, so I figured it had to do with red eye. It only works ~best~ when the lighting is pretty good, like that shot where she was right under the lamp. If it's too dark, her eyes still turn out red, but a lot better than they were.
Oh yeah, I've used that setting before. Seems like it makes the camera flash twice. The first flash contracts the pupil and the 2nd flash takes the picture. I guess if the light is low, the pupil is still too big for the first flash to do much good and the eye still looks red.
Adorable kitty ping to post #2850.
I was hoping you would post more pictures. We can watch them grow up.
We're having a lot of fun with these kittens... And I will likely have taken a thousand pictures before they grow up!
It's remarkable, this era of digital cameras where I can take thousands of photos at no cost, fix them and crop them myself, and post them instantly to everyone. Contrast that with 6 years ago... I don't have one picture of Gidget as a pup.
We are supposed to have one come thru tonight. It looks like rain and 40-50's. You see that there is another tropical depression out there?
