This is the horse that I took one look at and decided that it was coming home with me. I never had one moment of regret over that decision.

Very nice TB.
She knows dressage and will help my oldest daughter expand her skills.
Although she wasn't used to trailriding, I have broken her in over the last week, taking her out on the trail at least once per day.
It is nice to have a horse that knows how to move. I have been trying to teach the other horses how to do things that this horse has already been trained on.
Looks like there is more than one person who sings the song.

Well, Mack just about has the hole cut in the wall that the patio door is going to go in. He had to go to town to get some stuff, lumber and such. It's going pretty good no major snags so far. I've been cleaning a bathroom. I've been taking pictures of the progress, now I just have to figure out how to get them loaded. I'm thinking snapfish is not letting me load them because we haven't bought anything.
It's a beautiful day here, but a bit windy. Fall leaves are blowing in the hole:)

Oh - maybe you expired your time! Order a few prints... they're cheap :~D I liked the look of their Christmas cards, we may do that.
We just got back from vetting the kittens... They had ear mites and worms, some fleas, and they're too young to vaccinate, maybe 4-5 weeks instead of 6+. They aren't really eating as much as I'd like, so I bought some milk replacer and some canned food to see if they'll lap that up better.

Breaking out the old window, which is literally what you have to do to get the old aluminum windows out.
What it looks like now. This is the back of the siding that's on the outside of the house. The batteries on the sawsall we have ran down, so Mack has to go to town to get an electric one to finish. He is also picking up some lumber he will need to frame in the door.

I think maybe the batteries on my camera were weak. I went to our old site to load and the pictures I took the other day didn't show up there either but the ones today did. I just went ahead and loaded them there, but I'll bet snapfish will work now. I'm going to go ahead and order something. I don't want to take advantage.

That is going to be nice. It looks like you have a strong door too. Many of the frames are very thin.
OOOO, I bet they'll like the milk replacer since they are so young. Did the vet say it was OK to take them off their momma that young?

Well it's heavy enough. Getting it in the house took Mack and Charlie. Travis has been here helping Mack but he had to leave but said he would come back. I hope he makes it before it's time to put it in. I'm afraid we'll drop it out the back.
We did find some water damage:( behind the wall. I guess the window had a leak at one corner. We are going to have to replace some floor board too....but Mack said that isn't hard. (Famous last words:)

They were taken too soon, but it's too late now... They'll be fine. The white one is eating lots, but the black one hasn't eaten much yet, if anything.
