I can imagine. There are so many papers to sign when you buy.
Thanks for your help.
Cindy, if you have someone to help you with the paperwork, it might be ok. Or like AAM says, try and negotiate a lower fee.
Mornin'!
Need...coffee....
Hey, since you're taking off today, you might as well take tomorrow too and make it a long weekend. Tell them your boob's still sore or something. Then you can make a miraculous recovery on Saturday. ;o)
Seriously though, I hope your biopsy turns out ok. I'll keep you in my prayers.
Did you have a power outage there? 2J did. Said it was a wide area.
No, no power outage here. Our electric doesn't come from the same company that 2J has. Where we live is Bixby, but all our utilities come from different places because we sit right on the line of 3 counties and 2 different city limits.

Ah - good, I was picturing you trying to continue your projects in the dark :~D
She said the announcement said something about a burned up line.
Well, I haven't had any TV or radio going....I like the quiet.
I have the kitchen finished, actually finished it yesterday evening, and I've already finished the dining room this morning. I'm skipping the living room for now since we are going to put in the patio door. I imagine there is going to be horrific amounts of dust:(. I'm working on my bedroom now.
I think Harley is bored. He keeps coming up to the front fence and looking at me like Wellllll..........:)
I will have to take a break tomorrow from cleaning, as I will have JP in the morning, so after Kristy comes and gets him tomorrow afternoon, I'm going to try to go on at least a short ride on him. Then finish up the house starting Sat.

I think title companys will do all the paper work.
The guy we bought the commercial building downtown sold by owner. And I think it was just a title company we went to when we did all the paperwork. It was some kind of company, I've been trying to think of the name since I saw your post this morning. I remember Mack saying he'd not use a realtor now knowing you can do that.
Becky
That looks real nice. It will be interesting to see how it works:)
Becky
That was what we were thinking. We are going to put up a sign Thanksgiving weekend. My neighbor has wanted our property bad for years. He is going to want it cheap though and the market is high now. Ours is the only one left. I was thinking if we go find our own buyer we could save a lot of money.
I'll ask Mack what kind of company it was....it was a title company or one of those companys that run that history on property, I can't think of the name of that either:)
All I know is it was a sold by owner and we never dealt with a realtor.
Becky
Thanks
Was it a 'broker' or a 'brokerage'? - something like that? They would also do title, like "Sound Title and Brokerage"
He did good work on it, and it should add a wedge of pad to fill in where his back is hollowest.
I just really don't remember:) That's why I didn't say anything at first.
Becky
I like the way he blended everything together. Looks like there will be no pressure points from and edge. You're luck to have a guy like that around.
Becky
Very lucky :~D - For him to come out here and look at my saddle on the horse, take the pad back and make that... Cost $28 altogether.
Gawd Dang!!!!! That is great.
