Good evening... sounds like a great show.
We're home from the beach house.... went up to celebrate Dad's birthday though he wasn't much up to it. He's got a lot of pain in his shoulder, not sure why, but it kept him from sleeping last night or having much fun today.
Kids heal quick and it shouldn't affect her tomorrow, I wouldn't think.... Builds character... ;~D

She's limping around on it when I put the splint on. She fell asleep a little while ago and I took it off so she'd be more comfortable.
I'll know what to expect in terms of healing time after I see the pediatrician tomorrow.
Hair - I hope your dad feels better soon. Is he the typical stubborn male who won't see a doctor?
Oh and Corin - no hard feelings, but does't "Corin Day" have a much better sound to it? ;-)
Yeah - he actually has this fear that it's shingles... and last time he had that, his initial pain was misdiagnosed as something else, so he's waiting to see if he breaks out before going in.

And thanks re: Alyson. Her foot is still way too swollen to wear a shoe, so I have a feeling the day care isn't going to want to deal with a brand new kid with a broken foot who can't even go out into the playground.
My job is just going to have to deal with my absence. I'll see if they'll let me work half days if I can find someone to watch her for a few hours.

My little friend Emily (7) broke the same arm twice in six months last year...you wouldn't know her to see her trying to kill her big brother today :)(or me, for that matter)

My cynicism aside, I'm glad 1) they did that for the family and 2) put it on TV. *Nothing* is too good for our servicemen and women.
