MMmmmmm......beer....
Almost heaven...
Welcome to The Hobbit Hole, , where all the women are strong, all the men are good-looking, and all the children are above average.
Ahhh....destiny.
Why, thank you.
What's more...I hear it's actually true. :>)
All beer is heady...
And beauty & beer blend to complement one another....
Sheer poetry.
Can we keep 'im?
We cannot get out...
Sure.
Highest regards, Rosie.
Heh...Jr. saw a new Mustang in the parking lot at themall last night.
He said, "Buy me one of those and I'll make straight A's."
I said, "Make straight A's for the next two years and I'll buy you one for graduation."
...I don't think either of us are too worried about that.
My wife got one about 6 months ago.
It is so nice that if someone promised me one in exchange for good grades.....I'd bust a gut trying.
Nice car!
They say I need my Dip-Tet. CDC Hurricanes | Interim Immunization Recommendations for Emergency Responders: Hurricane Katrina
They say HepB only if working with "patients". I won't be working with "patients" in that I won't have medical contact, only casual contact. I don't think I need that. What do you think 2J?
I think it would make more sense to get a flu shot, being in an environment with that many people, but of course those aren't even available right now.
I agree. If you aren't working with patients, you don't need the HepB.
What are you doing?
Glad you don't hafta get the typhoid one. Maybe things have changed since I last got a typhoid shot, but it was *not* a fun experience. The shot itself wasn't horribly painful, but it made me sicker than any shot I've ever had before or since.
Heh...most of my tech training class was going overseas, and we all got the shot the same day. The poor instructor didn't know what to think...had about two healthy students and the rest of us got hit with symptoms about halfway through the day and were just wretched.
I might be heading to Houston (or one of the other big evac sites) to help with a big emergency voicemail system down there for refugees to use.
I also might not have to go. It's still all up in the air who and what is needed and where.
Wow! See if you can lay over in Tulsa!
;-)
Do you think you'll go ahead and get the shot(s) as a precaution, or wait till you have a better feel for whether or not you'll be going?
I'd say the tetnus booster is a good idea... given your neighbors and all that. ;)
LOL - So there's that :~D
