These aren't the great pictures....but I don't have the greatest scanner....the background color of the spotted part is actually a purplish blue, not black, with turquoise and other bright colors.

This one, the color looks pretty correct.
And there's about 23 more of these, all different colors; I only scanned these two, though.

thanks, sharky...now, I bring it in to the quilt lady who has a long arm quilting machine and she will actually sew the quilt top to the backing....then I've got to sew on the binding (the part around the outside edges)...then it gets laundered and sent to my daughter....she wanted a bright butterfly quilt for her birthday. I'm glad I'm pretty much done with it. phew! : )
