Add some vegies such as Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce or Cream Spinach or you can even do both just hold the carbs with this meal and you are safe!
Oh we held the carbs until we had the Chocolate Nut Cake and Ice cream. - :)
I bet your food is not highly processed...Your dairy might not be homogenized...your flour is most likely real whole wheat
So when the food is prepared the ingredients recognized each other as well as the body when it recieves it!
Here in the states they claim it has to be processed and homogenized for food safty at the expense of health issues!
Makes one scratch their heads!
I bet it would be interesting when you go on your day outtings, if when you come across the folks who work the land ask them how they combined and grow their foods.
Suzanne Somers said when she was visiting her In-Laws in France who was have a farm.
One day after a lunch she and her family was taking a walk around the orchard and reached for cherry and her mother in-law told them not to eat it.
The reason was because they just had lunch and should not have fruit at that time because of food combination which would not agree with the body.
It is simple things like that that so many are ignorant to the laws of nature!
I think it would be worth inquiring and see if there is that wisdom which is soon to fade from view as the old timers die off!

It seems strange for some reason even those Pasteurization came from France, it is something France would never allowed this to happen their to dairy or cheese!
All I can tell you is mine are "fabulous"! (as per doctor)...the bads are low and goods are high. :)
I don't know where I put the doc's letter which has the numbers on it....when I find it, maybe I'll post it...that depends on how long it takes for me to find it...by then, it might be irrelevant, lol! : )
