It's a little weird, yeah... but June can be quite unpredictable here.
Miss Targets please let me know if you want to come down some time and trail ride.....I plan on going down as often as I can without getting fired (lol)
Out at the barn that Waylon is boarded at, I saw a new colt being born. From start to finish. It was just amazing. It was a Freisan.

I sure will and thank you for the invite. I have vacation in a couple weeks, but am going to the Ohio State Trap shoot. Maybe this fall, after the target year is over. Or sooner, if I don't start shooting better. We are planning on going to Smoke Rise over labor day. That would be further Southwest of you. They have cattle gathering and team penning too, along with trail riding. I sure would love to see your place, it looks so wonderful.
This is really strange weather, for this time of year. 90's in June is unbelievable. The last two years have been cooler, with lots of rain. The prediction is for rain, until next week. Wouldn't you know my AC is not working. It's going to be miserable sleeping tonight.

Well i guess it depends on who you ask. To me it's that stuff that blows thru your house when you open doors and windows. My husband thinks AC is turning the house into a walk in cooler though.

Thank you so much:). We are all getting excited. I just got home from Charlie's I ran down to make sure Harley was going to load fine in the trailer. Charlie had already put him in, he did fine.
Charlie was also fixing up my saddle. He got Joe to give him a pair of new stirrups, and he is wraping my horn...snif...I have such a sweet son:).
I doubt I'll be able to ping everyone in the morning. I'm getting up at 4, and have alot of last minute stuff to do. So you all have a good week/weekend and I'll see you guys next Mon. night or Tues morn.
